非常超值得一泊二食住宿體驗，晚餐是雙主菜套餐，食材新鮮烹飪美味，服務詳細周到。
浴場大而且很乾淨，公共空間很寬敞，房間床鋪大，靠窗有高腳椅可休息看風景，窗外景緻怡人。
我還帶孩子在圖書間使用彩色鉛筆畫畫。
很喜歡這間飯店獨到的風格。

晚餐的前菜海鮮很不新鮮⋯房間沒有空調⋯沒有電梯，我們帶29吋行李箱扛了三樓⋯
服務人員親切，環境普通、設備普通。
我們訂兩人房兩間，
總共花費是台幣10778，
退房要繳500円（一間房）的入湯税。
優點是離旭岳纜車很近。

都合で行けなくなり、友人ご夫妻にプレゼントしました。食事はおいしかったと好評でしたが部屋の暖房器具が故障していて室温が30度以上に上がってしまい器具上部の棚においていたバッグが熱くなってしまうような状態になったそうです。フロントに状態を話したところスチームを切ったので下がって来ると言われたのですがなかなか下がらず、23時頃にたまりかねて苦情を言いに行ったところやっと状態を確かめに来て窓を開けてドアを開けて喚気するよう言われたそうです。ご主人は体調不良になり1度嘔吐して朝食も食べられない状態で早々に帰ってきたと言っていました。プレゼントがかえってあだになり申し訳なさでいっぱいです。謝罪も通り一遍の「すみませんでした。」の言葉だけだったそうです。

There is no elevator in the hotel, you need to carry your own luggage, and you need to move three flights of stairs by yourself. The dinner is mediocre, and the breakfast is even worse! The hotel is old! There is no air conditioning in the hotel (lobby and room)!

Lovely stay at Deer Valley, staff were great, very friendly. Really liked that meals were served at your table - we had stayed at a few other places recently that were all buffet style. The food was very very nice, and the italian dinner focus was a nice change from several weeks of japanese food. Breakfast was a large american plate, which also included a tasty curry soup (love that about hokkaido). Onsen has a nice view of Asahidake, and it was good to have the option to also take an onsen and sauna at sister hotel Bear Monte.
Deer Valley had a calm, relaxing ambiance, would definitely stay again.

山小屋のような雰囲気で、登山客が多いみたいです。部屋にはシャワーだけで、浴場はありますが、それほど大きくありません。温泉は、ホテルベアモンテの大浴場を利用できるので、そちらへ行きました。少し距離があるので車で出かけたほうがよいでしょう。夕食は、和洋折衷のディナーです。ワイン７種類飲み放題を利用して、それぞれのワインの違いを確かめながら、食事を楽しむことができました。朝食のフレンチトーストがとてもおいしく、メープルシロップと、とてもよく合っていました。ただ、部屋のパネルヒーターがなかなか温かくならず、少し寒さを感じたのが残念でした。
