入住的房間很大，兩張床墊的洋式房，還有個按摩椅。酒店的露天風呂温泉風景很好，直面海景。早餐和晚餐都十分豐盛，上午出門時工作人員還會貼心的送我們每人一個午餐便當。感覺房費的價值都在餐食上體現出來了。酒店每天下午四點之前在伊豆熱川站會有免費接駁車，逢整點和30分，半小時一班，算好時間就能輕鬆到酒店。

傳統日式，沒訂到海景房但是這個也還很不錯，原本下雨的天氣突然好了，還看到了日出，餐飲也還不錯，早餐選的傳統日式，晚餐在套餐裏🈶西餐生魚片這些，服務也非常好。挺好的，獨立露台温泉♨️舒服

房間可以觀賞到相模灣
酒店的温泉也非常棒，在泡温泉的時候就可以直麪大自然
而且男女湯晚上會更換
因此可以體驗不同的池子

在北川分別住瞭望水和吉祥Caren。相比餐食這邊比望水稍差一點。
日式法料“相模灣之旅”:的晚餐及西西式早餐。對女生來説是可以的。男生完全感覺吃不飽。服務還是很好的，接送，等等。公湯這很不錯居高臨下視野級好。

房間很寬敞、舒適、整潔，服務很貼心，每日幾乎各個時段都有茶歇酒水提供，住在這裏天天都被照顧的很好；酒店提供到伊豆熱川站的班車，如果要去別的地方也可以和酒店提前預約好出租車，晚餐法式日餐和鐵板燒都沒有特別驚艷，日式早餐倒是我們喜歡的口味，總之是一次非常滿意的温泉體驗

房間是海景房，早上起來能看到波光粼粼的海面，天天三餐各種吃食投餐，每天美美的和服換裝，樂不思蜀。
唯一的就是自行找酒店位置有點困難，最好是預約接送，跟前台説一聲其實很方便的！！服務很到位！
