Overall the location was great and there was a direct sea view from most of the rooms and the onsen. Some of the facilities are slightly dated. Whilst it is very costly, i do feel overall that stay was still within expectations. The biggest disappointment for me was the dinner where the steam fish served was not as fresh. Despite the feedback provided to the hotel, they could not do any service recovery and simply kept repeating that they could not do anything. This goes against the great Japanese service I have always encountered everywhere I go in Japan

Everything is good but there staff. The only English They can say probably your room number. Poor English cant even communicate!!
As staffs working for hotel, communication level English is the basic.

The check-in staff said that all rooms face the sea, and the sea view of the room is indeed unbeatable. The hotel staff provided good service. You can choose Japanese and Western breakfast. It was a great stay experience.

You have to take a break after several baths. Even ice water is not available. It’s not provided, so I can’t rest. I just take a dip and then go back to the room. This innocent person pays the bill in the picture of Xiaohongshu. The large bathing spot on the rooftop is Xiaohongshu’s fire.
