Very amazing, the breakfast is so rich! There is almost no one in the hotel's hot spring. However, if children stay in this hotel, they will be charged an additional fee, so if you bring children, you must communicate with the hotel in advance. In short, the accommodation environment is really good, all Japanese style, a memorable night! Ctrip is still very powerful, and I am very satisfied with the after-sales service 👍!

Staff and food were excellent. Property is old and needs upgrading. It rained overnight while we were there and the hotel leaked in corridors. Water everywhere in corridors and the stairs between floors.
Rooms acceptable but not as clean as they should be.
This hotel has a sister hotel across the street and that is where most of the facilities are, big onsen bath etc.

The open-air bath on the fifth floor of the main building had a spectacular view.

Suddenly, the phone in my room rang at 7am. I wondered what it was, so I answered it and it was a call to ask, "Will cleaning be done today?"
I can't sleep without sleeping pills, so I never expected to be woken up by something like that on the day I finally managed to get some sleep.
It was my fault on the day of check-out, but I missed the 10am check-out time and checked out around 10:40, and they made me pay a 30-minute extension fee.
If it hadn't been for yesterday's reaction, I wouldn't have thought anything of it, but it really was an unsettling place. I will never stay here again.
