非常失望的一次入住體驗 酒店個別工作人員服務態度很敷衍的 預訂的露天泳池房 淋浴間一股惡臭味 臭氣熏天的 找來工作人員處理就是倒入消毒水 第二天才幫忙更換了房間 酒店工作人員不會英語 也不會中文 衹能簡單的翻譯溝通 預訂的晚餐幾乎都是凍貨 吃到嘴裏的味道也是不新鮮的 房間衞生也是極差 毛髮出現在冰箱裏 噁心至極 伊豆很美 酒店很差 問題反饋給攜程 處理問題也是讓人寒心！個人建議：慎重選擇！

酒店很老了，但非常乾淨。 海景房無敵，可以在房間裏看到日出。 服務非常好。 酒店和熱川站有來回班車，須預約。注意是熱川站不是北川站。 酒店周邊沒什麼吃喝的小店，建議訂房時含一下早晚餐。

五年前來住過印象非常好，這次又去了伊豆，還是選擇了吉祥亭，服務依舊在線，這次房間選了園景套房帶私湯，望海泡温泉很贊。

真的是很適合度假的一間酒店，提早拜託日本朋友電話預訂了班車，熱川站出來就有個老爺爺舉着牌子迎接。雖然地圖導航北川站下來很近，但是有好多坡度拖着行李走的話真的會非常非常累。酒店服務挺好，全日式的，訂的是帶池子的房間，備註了271號房真的會給我預留哎！早飯晚飯都是包含的，吃的還行，酒店適合住一天兩天純度假，出行不太便利，總體很滿意！

面對大海，景色很美，沒預約也成功坐上了酒店的接送車。就在望水隔壁。餐食確實有點遜色。對食物要求不高的可以考慮。

海岸邊超美的日式旅館，而且很大，温泉舒服，能有家庭湯可以預訂，周邊沒有可逛的商業街，來這裏就是吃吃美食泡泡湯的，適合老年人的漫遊。可惜的是走的時候才發現附近的一個公共温泉面對大海，美的沒話説，能對酒店住客免費開放。決定以後再來一趟！

房間很大很乾凈，開窗就是海景，在房間可以看日出！早晚餐豐富到根本吃不完，店裡的私湯温泉也很棒，沒買午餐中間出門還給安排便當，很美好的回憶，非常喜歡吉祥亭，非常喜歡伊豆^-^
