Beautiful hotel, overall good service except one front desk staff. We reserved a 10:00 shuttle for 8 people the night before departure, but by the time we arrived(before 10)they told us the bus is full so that we can not get in. I wonder if we made a reservation, we should be promised to have 8 seats or else it should not be called as a reservation but a “bus schedule”. Also, we told the staff multiple times that we are in a hurry that we need to catch the train and that’s why we made a reservation in advance. The staff also told us the next shuttle will come at 10:21 but actually it leaves at 10:31 which means we definitely missed the train ( if the staff communicated the time 10:31 clearly, we would walk to the station so we could still catch the train, instead, he said the bus will come at 10:21 so we wait) Huge disappointment and definitely a ****** to this trip. Please remove the bus reservation service as you don’t have any, thanks.

Its a very old inn, so there's some visible wear and tear. View and environment is very good though and the staff try to help however they can.

The most cost-effective hot spring hotel I have ever stayed in, with a private bath and an unbeatable sea view, very good food, and very polite staff who bowed to see you off when you leave. It is far from the station, so it would be better if the pick-up service time could be extended.

It was great. The sea is across the window. It's a very quiet town. I traveled there before the Spring Festival. There were not many tourists in the whole town. I could even say that there were no people. I didn't book food at the hotel. I wanted to try more local food, but I didn't expect that there were few people in the town and very few restaurants! But I love it so much!
