Hida Furukawa Speranza Hotel

I made a reservation through a reservation site and wanted to change my check-in time, so when I checked the site, it said that I should contact the inn directly after completing my reservation to make changes. When I called Speranza Hotel and told them that I wanted to change my check-in time, they said, ``It's just my house, so they call me like this.Everyone does it on the website.It's strange that I can't do it.I don't get an email to change my check-in time over the phone.'' I can't change it lol.'' It was a terrible response. I checked the website again, and I told them that it was only listed as direct accommodation, but they were insistent that I do it on the website. It was my first time at a hotel like this and I was surprised at how polite they were. I immediately canceled my reservation, but I was even more shocked because my parents' house is close to the hotel and they are in the same industry and my family knows them well.
