全五分好評，與其他標準化連鎖酒店不同的是，你入住就能感受到koko的用心.床頭有直接使用的充電線，一次性面巾小零食，還有一次性馬桶墊（這是我很在意的，十分好評），電視機超級大喜歡，電梯內還很貼心的貼了列車時刻表，前台小姐姐很温柔漂亮。

服務到位，十分熱情幫拿行李到房間，房間整潔乾淨，智能馬桶自動沖水亮燈，被褥乾淨，浴巾消毒獨立包裝，還配有一次性的面巾，臟衣服幫拿去清洗乾淨烘乾，早上送到門口，窗簾自動開關，最主要價格優惠，是一次住店十分滿意的享受，下次有機會再進住。
