幫朋友定房間，朋友反饋也很不錯，雖然走路到泡温泉的地方有幾分鐘，但是還好，早上起來散步非常舒服，負氧離子特別舒服

先説好的方面：
泉水清澈 空氣清新 雨後更是雲霧繚繞 煞是好看。
前台接待、中餐廳服務 温泉裏的服務都是很不錯的，熱情有禮 有疑必答 有問必解。
早餐豐富 雖説五一超多人也安排有序 管理得當
再説不滿的地方：
悦泉居是剛裝修好就趕在五一對外開放，並全訂滿的狀態，但是一進房間就有強烈的裝修後的刺鼻的味道，要求換了一個房間也沒有改善多少，因為滿房，也無房可換。陽台對面正對着的悦泉居3棟還在裝修，一派五一勞動的歡快場面和聲音。
客房部的何小花女士，據説是個小頭目，腰間別著永不回覆的對講機，服務員都喊她過來解決問題的，但何女士一問三不知，再問三搖頭：一切請到前台解決。到了前台，對着對講機問的就是我問過的問題：哪個房間已經收拾好了的。當然了衹有沉默和等待。即使問題重複幾十遍，客房客房…客房客房…對講機的另一端都是沉默。

是我泡過最推薦的温泉酒店了，服務五星級，自助餐價格可以接受，菜品豐富很好吃。温泉裏每個池子的規劃很合理，距離合適，水很乾凈，小童樂園水温夠暖。適合帶長者和孩子來。

温泉泳池無限次使用券: 可以使用温泉無數次，真是享受！各種草葯温泉眾多，工作人員也很盡職的換水，保持清潔。

賀州山裡的真温泉，環境一流大氣，房間寬敞舒適，陽台私湯泡池乾淨，放水速度快，泡的舒服。房價包含早晚餐，自助餐廳麼明亮品種豐富。有懷集和賀州兩條出入口，除了出入路途比較不容易外，其餘都非常滿意。

酒店很好，服務人員水平很差。
我談四個問題，希望酒店能改進。
1️⃣我定的房間是2.3米寬的大床，結果等到我們辦好入住，進入到房間以後，才發現房間不對，是1.8米寬的大床。前台來處理問題的時候，抱着能拖就拖的態度：先説沒有房間可以更換了。但是，等攜程平台介入處理了，又説可以換房間了，或者也可以給補償了。如果我們客人自己去投訴，酒店前台根本不會給你好好處理問題。
最後的結果是攜程平台強勢介入，平台給我補了賠償，酒店還是按照自己的標準給補償。總之，對於攜程平台很感激，對於酒店的處理結果非常不滿意！
2️⃣下午處理房間問題的經理和晚上打掃衞生的阿姨都在讓我給好評。酒店出了問題，沒有處理好就要好評，開什麼玩笑！
3️⃣門口的早餐引導人員，8點，我後面跟着人我對象和2個孩子。我給她房卡，她刷好我就進去了，然後等到後面我對象進去了，她就在門口大吼喊住她，要她的房卡。明顯就是和我一起的，早餐引導人員硬是看不到，硬是大喊把人喊回來，真是厲害👍
這就是你們酒店的服務人員？看不到我們一家四口是一個房間的嗎？在大庭廣眾之下大吼，服氣！
4️⃣早餐，煮粥的煤氣沒有了，煮粥的阿姨在那裡鼓搗了5分鐘也沒有整理好，然後旁邊的大叔過來幫忙又整了2分鐘才接上，加上重新煮粥的時間，至少等了10分鐘，後面等了很長的隊伍都在等粥，體驗太差勁了！酒店人員怎麼培訓的？這種煤氣更換處理速度太慢。
總之，住酒店期間，無休無止的和酒店扯皮，真的太傷心情了。

西溪温泉度假酒店環境優美，雲舍別墅上下兩層，可以住6人，有小温泉池，温度可視調節，乾淨整潔，還有泡茶桌台工具，非常方便，特別適合家庭親子度假。下次再找機會來度假。
