It was my first time to visit Hezhou. It was a great choice to choose Berman. I received a call from the hotel on the way here. After arriving at the hotel according to the address, the beautiful and handsome men at the front desk were very enthusiastic. They even gave me fruits when I checked in. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast had many varieties. , there is a Guangming porridge restaurant across the road that is worth recommending. All in all, five stars.

房間很乾凈。買了套餐，包括高鐵站接火車和早餐，覺得很物超所值。然後前台放置了很多小禮物，諸如口罩，洗面奶，風油精之類，貼心也暖心。前台服務滿分💯，當晚我們是晚飯前辦理入住，一碗熱騰騰的八寶粥驅趕了當夜的寒意。這個5分評價評得心甘情願！！衹可惜我現場沒拍照，就用幾張賀州美景替代吧。

這個酒店太讚了，性價比太高了。我們是晚上到的酒店，在前台辦理入住手續，前台小姐姐就貼心的送上歡迎水果和甜甜的紅豆薏仁粥，暖人暖心。新開的酒店，房間大，且乾淨。早上的早餐也不錯，雖然東西不算太豐富，但吃飽絕對沒有問題，還有中西式。米飯麪包蛋糕都有，對於這樣的酒店已經非常不錯的了。酒店斜對面有停車場，對於我們自駕的來説也方便。以後來賀州還會繼續住的。

酒店前台服務態度非常熱情友好，有挺多免費的一次性小日用品擺在桌面自取，還有自助茶水和咖啡。酒店有免費停車場，車位充足停車很方便。酒店位置算是市中心吧，離遠東商業街不遠，開小電車5分鐘即到，門口就可以掃共享電單車，前台美女還給升級了房間，贊！房間配備的設備也很貼心，有手持蒸汽燙鬥，衞生間還有乾衣箱，至此，對酒店印象非常OK。但拉垮體驗感的是第二天的早餐和跟客人同擠電梯的保潔阿姨，首先，餐廳在3樓，隨意進出，也沒人收早餐券（既然無人看守何必要發），咖啡機一直提示咖啡渣滿需要清理，也沒人清理，要主動找服務員才慢悠慢悠的來處理，再者，煮粉要自己動手，誰搶得快誰先煮，服務員就靠牆站着看場面的混亂，一點都沒有要維護秩序的意思。最後，吃完早餐坐電梯上樓時，有個保潔阿姨拿着水桶、抹布大搖大擺進來？？？以往住別的酒店，員工見有客人在的電梯都會先主動等下一趟，這不應該是基本的禮讓意識嗎？放眼整個酒店，只有前台的服務是OK的，餐廳和保潔改進一下吧，100-1=0的道理相信做服務的都明白
