The front desk service is very poor. When confirming the room, I specifically asked him to help me find a quiet room if I had trouble sleeping! It turned out that the front desk guy was located on the 7th floor (the 6th floor is the leisure club KTV). After arriving at the store, I went to eat and returned to the hotel to shower and go to bed. I lay down after 10 o'clock and found that it was very noisy, and the air conditioning was not turned on in the room but there was a fan all the time. There was a running sound, so I called the front desk and said the room was full and couldn't be changed, so I just hung up. It was a very bad stay experience!
