大山⛰️深處的天然氧吧，按導航定位走，非常適合度假⛱️體驗感不錯，分享一下：1.門衞阿弟很有禮貌，指引停車；2前台幾位阿妹長得好看、説話還很有親和力，你提出需求，他們會協助解決，辦理入住很快，詳細告知入住事項，很貼心，一票通玩，很方便，房卡做成了手環，泡温泉很方便保管；3.房間裏有歡迎水果、牛奶，浴袍很乾凈，小童房有滑滑梯🛝，小孩很喜歡，另外還訂了一個獨立泡池的房間給爸媽，不用下樓就可以泡上玫瑰花瓣温泉，很方便。每個房間都有體重秤，泡完回來稱一稱是不是會掉秤哈哈😄4.泡温泉是户外的，提醒要提前準備一下泳衣，每個池都有半封閉式的遮擋裝飾設計，每個池都不大，不會一堆人進去，注重私密性。特別推薦瑤葯池，自己一個池，倒入一大鍋中葯材煮的水，泡完下一個人即刻換水，有專人在負責，貼心諮詢水温，幫助你記錄泡池時間（20分鐘）倒上温水提醒及時補水；5.小孩最喜歡的是游泳池，大池可以暢遊，有大大游泳圈🛟和透明小船，喜歡拍照📷的會很出圈。小童池是恆温泳池，有小童水上滑梯、海洋球、蹺蹺板等娛樂設施，玩的完全不肯上水。還有水果和冰淇淋哦🍦。6餐飲方面，居然還有包早中晚三頓的酒店，品質還是不錯的，比很多酒店自助餐還是要好。7.娛樂設施也有桌球、乒乓球、麻將機等，三五好友一起去玩很適合。由於已經出來了幾天，要不然還想續住，已經推薦朋友，現在的新開的，性價比還是很高。

前台的招待服務很差！！！業務也不熟悉，每次迴應就是：em…我們這…em……也很冷漠。第一次遇到住酒店叫拿水還得叫我們自己下去拿。然後多收了一位大人的280費用，沒給洗漱用品還得催着要。位置也很遠！！！！！山卡拉的地方，也不好打車是重點，特別不能晚上來！裏面的清潔阿姨都比前台的服務意識強。😤

這麼大的酒店竟然洗衣機都沒有，等到快4點才能辦理入住！！！房間裏面設施也有問題，燈是壞的，淋浴間漏水出來，衞生也一般般！完全不值這個價錢！所謂的兩大兩小，兩小是指1.2米以下，1.2米以上要補192塊，一個小孩三頓192塊！！！！而且所謂的自助餐菜品很少，，，出品也不好，，早餐還不如一些連鎖酒店，普通的吐司，咖啡，牛奶都沒有。大人在那三頓也吃不了192塊！！大家慎選！！

我們四點到，接近五點才能拿到房間，但是感覺像趕出來的房間，最後感覺衞生還不是特別到位，但是其他方面還是很好的，服務人員很熱心，餐廳出品也還可以，裏面很多免費體驗，還是很好的，裝修很美

這個度假村要通過村裡的石墩，寬度超過1.9的車開進來的時候要小心……然後開車至少山路28彎吧，車技不好的新手不要嘗試，因為很多大貨車度假村裡沒有超市沒有外面賣可以叫，售貨機還不能用，買東西要開車去鎮上，鎮上的超市的方便麪有的是臨期的……還有8天到保質期的那種……#房間設施房間被子有點潮濕，開空調也不乾燥#性價比780兩大兩小，超過1.2的小童算大人，補交192元，1.2多的孩子真的能吃的和大人一樣多麼？#餐廳有大約15個菜，菜的味道還不錯，師傅做的很認真#服務温泉池很多水乾淨服務人員態度很好

週末親子游，這酒店除了離市區遠點哪哪都好。全家一致好評！
温泉池子是我去過的温泉酒店裡最多的，而且居然全都開放，乾淨人還特別少，還有特製葯浴，真的和私湯沒什麼區別！酒店在山腳下村子邊上，空氣清新環境優私，温泉區配有免費小吃水果雪糕不限量供應，工作人員禮貌熱情，這個價位且包的自助三餐非常划算，加上我們去的那個週末整個酒店住客不多就7.8個家庭，很棒！時間允許真的想再多住兩天。已經推薦給親戚朋友，還會再去的！

地方不大，但很舒服，網上買的套票，還包含一日三餐，性價比槓槓滴，買的還是親子套房，很大，很漂亮，酒店很新，就是地方很偏，沒有外賣可叫，下次有機會再來

整體設施非常新，房間也很大，而且設計感很好，感覺是有設計師專門設計過的，和附近山區小村的環境格格不入。缺點就是真的有點偏僻，從姑婆山開過來，路上很多急彎而且大卡車多，要去的話一定要在入夜之前！不然有點危險。
酒店採用一價全包的理念，包早中晚，但説實話菜式像旅遊團團餐（看酒店顯示屏也確實是在接待旅遊團，散客應該很少跑到那麼偏僻的地方）。附近村裡也完全沒有吃的，衹能在酒店吃。
温泉數量比較少，但其實也夠泡了，水質很好，人數也控制的好，一人一缸瑤族葯浴挺不錯的，泡完從裏到內的冒汗。温泉應該是真的，附近有些村民家也提供温泉。温泉區還提供免費的雪糕烤腸冷飲水果，還是挺不錯的。帶小朋友來的應該玩的挺開心的，雪糕冷飲自由，大人可能有點無聊，娛樂項目衹有温泉唱k桌球，唱k還挺貴，小包388。

過去酒店的上山路不好走，路上時不時的有些坑，酒店是新開的房間裝修的味道很濃，有點刺鼻，第一時間先打開窗户通風，建議房間還是需要多通風晾一下才行.其它都很好，體驗感極好，泳池旁邊的休息區還有不限量的水果跟烤腸，小朋友們很喜歡，自助餐的菜品可以，蔬菜啥的都很新鮮，工作人員服務態度特別好，有機會還
會再去的，這個温泉酒店特別適合帶小朋友去玩.
