HOPE HOTEL(City Hall Plaza Store)

The service attitude of Hope Hotel is excellent and warm. As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a master came out to help us arrange parking and also helped to carry the luggage to the room. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas. The environment was also good, very quiet, and the room was well soundproofed, which did not affect sleep.  The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, with convenient facilities. It provides scented tea, freshly ground coffee, and handmade key chains made by a young lady. There is also a gym on the second floor. The fitness facilities are very good. I also went to the Ailian Lake Park behind the hotel for a walk in the evening. It was really pleasant.

Hardware facilities: The TV is too small and far from the bed. Even I, with normal eyesight, find it unwatchable. As for the bed, the mattress was not comfortable either, which was ok since the hotel had limited financial resources, but for a room rate of 200 RMB per night, the quality of accommodation should not be so bad! The room I chose was near the Ailian Lake, and I thought it would be quiet. But I was wrong. It was so noisy at night that I couldn't fall asleep. The noise from the cars was very loud, and the sound insulation was so poor that I could even hear people walking upstairs. The noise from the corridor next door could also be heard in the room. That suspended ceiling is also a failure. Even when all the lights in the house are turned off and the curtains are closed, light can still seep in from the window into the gap in the suspended ceiling at the head of the bed. I am speechless about this design. The quality of sleep was very poor that night😩 Then at breakfast, the waiter in the restaurant kept coughing and didn’t even know basic hygiene and wearing a mask😷! 跟朋友出遊，訂了網上好評率很高的希望酒店，果然名不虛傳。 服務：很貼心，一下高鐵就走接車服務，到酒店之後服務員小姐姐也都很親切，我們三個訂了雙床房，給我們多送了一張早餐券，早餐也好吃 設施：一樓前台有免費的冰淇淋和咖啡，一樓的展示區也很有意思，老闆是一個喜歡跑馬拉松的人，還會發起跑步挑戰，酒店附近的就是愛蓮湖公園，空氣不錯 跟每一個來賀州玩的朋友推薦，祝老闆的酒店全國落地全國推廣！😆😆😆

馬桶邊上有消毒濕巾 有很多衣架 有很長的書桌放東西 空調給力，涼得快 床品舒服 大堂的員工服細緻 有明顯的接站服務 洗手間和沖涼間沒有不滿意的 隔音好 窗外視野比較好 有兩個凳子 早餐的糕點，粥吃了好吃

房間很乾凈很舒適也很大 前台小姐姐態度超級超級好 有免費的雪糕和美式 服務很細心很周到 有機會的話一定要再來 酒店後面就是愛蓮湖可以散歩 而且酒店有去高鐵站接站的服務（要提前一小時預約）總之就是超級超級好！
