房間設施有些陳舊，離滑雪場很近，酒店的衞生還好，停車方便，酒店裡的餐廳很不錯 菜品味道都做的不錯，冬天暖氣很熱

畢竟是攜程多年老會員了，走過的地，住過的酒店太多，這是我住過最差的酒店，沒有之一。
事情經過是這樣的：五一攜程預訂一晚，本人帶狗狗，一衹拉布拉多，看到酒店周邊環境很好依山傍水，篩選條件裏是允許帶寵物，一進前台，前台姐姐嚇了一跳，一直在説狗狗太大狗狗看着好凶，狗狗不能叫，更不能用客人的毛巾擦狗，（我直接無語），最後給我們安排了靠樓梯的客房，讓我們不要坐電梯，走樓梯！（呵呵），去了客房，起初是標間，房間對於我和老公加一衹拉拉來説太小，我看到了對面的套間，看了一下攜程，豪華大床是360，我訂的標間340，於是我下去説升級補錢換對面的房，人家前台説沒法操作，讓我聯繫攜程，ok，我忍，攜程協調後，才知道豪華標間他們定價過於便宜，因為我換房他們才發現，於是打死不給攜程取消我的標間訂單，讓我按450訂豪華大床房，補110的差價，我搜尋了一下週圍沒有酒店了，我忍，結果主管來了，我説，我們是來這旅遊，並且我想升級加錢，你們都這麼費事嗎？主管直接來了一句：我們這不能帶狗！我很淡定，説，好的，那你給我退了吧，升級半天最後變成不讓帶狗，那就沒辦法了，最後不知道又是捨不得讓我取消還是什麼原因，又開始挽留我，真的如果不是真的看着周邊環境好，而且過節不想影響我的心情，更因為沒別的選項，我才不會浪費時間！最後問我要了110，補差價，但是攜程還是很好，給我補貼了70元！全是給我安撫了一下。
再説説入住：酒店設施超級無敵陳舊，衞生臟，我們進去馬桶都是煙灰完全沒沖，沒暖氣沒熱風，就半夜集體供暖了一會會，給我們沒凍死！早餐，確實無敵簡單，土豆絲，虎皮辣子，雞蛋花捲粥，完了。所有的服務都是愛理不理愛住不住愛吃不吃！真的是無敵了！
