黔楓酒店住着環境安逸舒適，給人第一眼感覺就很高大上，不管是環境衞生，還是員工服務態度都非常好，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺，寬敞的大床，設施設備齊全，入住首選，強烈推薦

房間特別的衞生乾淨，前台小姐姐服務超級超級棒而且還特別漂亮，一開始擔心交通不方便結果出人意料，而且離政務大廳特別近出差辦公住這裏特別方便

一般般吧，期待過高。落差很大。
在縣城，300多的價格不算便宜，房間不算大，早餐很普通。
酒店的停車場很臟很臭，地下停車場連接到酒店一樓前台的電梯也很破。
感覺上就是整個酒店比較流於智能酒店的形式吧，想用最便宜的成本裝成很好很大氣的樣子。其實用的東西都比較差，特別房間那個桌子抽屜一打開，刺鼻的甲醛味薰**。然後房間的東西都經不起細看，很一般……
早餐巨少，就大饅頭，鹹菜，白粥，豆漿，然後可以要一碗粉，而且是默認辣的。九點後不要想吃早餐了，因為人家九點結束。
酒店的前台也很隨意一般，不專業的感覺。就一個私人小店的感覺。
主要前天260在納雍住過更好更專業更注重細節的智能酒店，所以還是挺大落差。
可能就是早上窗户這裏的陽光是唯一還不錯的地方。

在它家住了很多次沒有一次是這樣無語的 早上九點開始
隔壁一羣人一直在吵 打電話給酒店前台投訴一直處理無果 後面又打了一次 告訴我隔壁接親 我心想哪你前天當天晚上知道隔壁接親為什麼要把我安排在這一層 更氣的是甚至第二天退房倆個前台一句話不説 我把房卡給她慢走
或者一句抱歉的意思都沒有 建議好好培訓下
