wifi信號不好，網速斷斷續續；睡覺的時候發現床上有個蟲子，不知道哪裡爬來的；隔音不好，隔壁或者樓下的人看視頻看到凌晨一點，聽的很清楚；設施一般，住的頂樓，頂樓天花板的牆灰掉了一些；地板不平，地板磚沒拼好有翹起。總的來説，不止這個90多的房價。
