設施：晚上11:20經歷了一次酒店通知緊急撤離通知；由於應該走道喇叭通知在逃生通道緊急撤離，我們什麼也沒帶一下由緊急通道跑到一樓，後發現一樓緊急通道的防火門是打不開的，嚇**了，衹能跑回二樓，到想逃生衹能乘坐電梯下一樓或在二樓等救援。這個逃生門竟然是鎖死的，太恐怖了。好在後來知道是誤報，才算了。但真是細思極恐。這逃生門怎麼可以是打不開的，請酒店好好檢查一下，萬一出什麼意外，真不得了。
服務：前台小姐姐們，很熱情，有求必應，很nice；
環境：聽安靜，關鍵是停車很方便，就這點值得下次再來；

It is suitable for taking elderly and children to travel on vacation. We departed in Huizhou for an hour to the hotel. The scenic spot planning is based on the theme of dinosaurs. Many play projects and businesses are named after dinosaurs. Share our itinerary guide for reference: 1. We arrived at the scenic spot at 10:30. Then I went to the tourist service center to buy a warrior package, took the children and mother to go to the dinosaur glass bridge, and then experienced a dinosaur jungle paradise, took the children to explore, the little doll was scared to cry at first, while encouraging the final challenge to successfully take the warrior medal all the way to show off, Five stars in the recommendation index! 2. After playing for two hours, I checked in at the hotel in advance, and then had lunch at the scenic self-operated restaurant of the tourist service center. The dinosaur theme department store passed by, many dinosaur dolls and toys, the price is similar to the price of Yiwu, very affordable, The proprietress was also very enthusiastic to introduce us to the surrounding play guides. 3. The single-family villa 🏡 has a large courtyard. There are 4 rooms and 7 beds in a 3-storey building, of which there is a parent-child paradise on the 3rd floor. There is more than enough for our family of 6 people. Although it is on the 3rd floor, but there is no elevator, it is stairs. The stairs are very meticulous. I passed by Heyuan by chance. I heard that there was a Bavarian manor nearby. The family decided to stay for one night and walk around. The manor was very large. The environment here is beautiful, the facilities are complete, there are mountains and water, the air is fresh, and it is especially suitable for a family vacation. When I entered, I felt that the hotel was also very high-end. The front desk lady and the cleaning aunts were good. When I entered the room, I felt clean and comfortable. It was really worth it. When they saw me bringing my children with me, they immediately took out a set of children's slippers and toothbrushes and handed them to him with a smile. IIgnaz ForstnerWe chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.
