屋子很大，床也比較軟。旁邊就是萬隆城，吃的很多，離人民醫院和東埔醫院都很近。

房間環境：
房間空間還是比較大的，有單人辦公桌和雙人沙發，但設施偏老舊一些。想要開窗通風，但窗户是壞的。但最讓人難受的是房門，要用很大力氣才能關上，很響，而且房門內是沒有單獨鎖的，這樣安全性很低。但有一點好的是，它床頭有免費的充電三插頭。
隔音效果：很差，幾乎能在房間裏聽到別的房間的説話聲和電視聲。
床鋪舒適：1.8米大床，被子暖和，2個枕頭。
wifi速度：沒有密碼，需要手機號驗證登錄，網速還是比較流暢的。
廁所配置：空間適中，比較簡樸，架子上衹有兩條浴巾，沒有洗臉巾，馬桶旁邊也沒有捲紙，牙刷、水杯等都是7天連鎖酒店的標誌。整體還算整潔乾淨，洗手盆有熱水供應。
洗澡環境：空間適中，水壓足，熱水供應也充足。
外部環境：樓下缺少生活氣息，衹有100米左右一家小超市。
地標交通：距離萬隆城5～10分鐘腳程，距離河源市婦幼保健院約10分鐘腳程。出行為步行和打車，沒有體驗公共交通。
服務態度：開房，退房，開票等辦理，前台的小姐姐還是蠻熱情的。
雖然缺點蠻多，但100塊錢一晚的房子，性價比還是可以的
