這次住iu有點失望，入住後電話説要加兩瓶水，前台答應了但是過了一個多小時都沒有送水上來，感覺服務一般般。
另外衞生間的毛巾已經破舊得都起了一個很大的球了還繼續“服役”使用，感覺很沒檔次。
房間網絡不咋的，時不時斷網，這不是一個互聯網酒店品牌應該有的網絡水平。
最後要吐槽這個早餐，其實是和宜尚是一家的。但是五一節假日人滿為患，很多菜沒了也不加，座位也沒有，説好會加結果一直到吃完都沒有。服務跟不上，差評。不會再來

選這家酒店就對了，一踏入大堂就感覺寬敞明亮，香氛宜人 。前台辦理入住迅速，工作人員熱情又耐心，還貼心升級房型。房間乾淨到挑不出毛病，床品親膚，一夜好眠。早餐種類豐富，現做的omelette超讚。健身房器材新且全，滿足健身需求。位置絕佳，周邊美食、景點都近。這次入住從細節到整體都無可挑剔，下次來這邊，肯定還選這兒！

充電插頭都是壞的沒有電，毛巾全是破的，床上還有沒洗乾淨的血漬（拍攝出來不明顯）住了好多次了，還有一次廁所都沒打掃乾淨，洗手枱上還有用過的牙刷，真的明顯感覺到越來越差

IU酒店，一直都有在住，很不錯，舒適，性價比高。然後酒店用的床墊是AIRLAND雅蘭床墊，香港品牌，中國第一個做彈簧床墊的品牌。這也是為啥我一直選擇這個酒店的原因。

房間很精美，打掃的很乾凈，隔音很不錯我在夜晚睡得很舒服，快到了聖誕了店裡還有糖果送，真的很棒！見到前台還問我吃飯沒有給我送了一袋零食，服務也很到位，電視不會投屏客房立馬上來幫我解決了，不錯的酒店值得推薦

一進到酒店服務員就對我熱情歡迎，因為我是商業出差帶了一行李的資料服務員幫我開門還幫我主動提行李這一點我就感覺在心裏給這個酒店加了很多分，然後我坐着休息了一會兒因為那會兒老闆催我寫方案給我打電話，然後服務員就倒了一杯茶給我喝本來面對老闆的臭臉，瞬間就讓我覺得暖心了，辦理好入住後上樓讓我整個人都心情愉悦，一看窗外風景都美不勝數的，而且酒店的設施也都很齊全我一看地板啊床鋪都是乾乾淨淨的都快亮的反光了，空調還是中央的每個地方都可吹得到，因為現在天氣冷我用了一下暖氣舒舒服服的，我之前住別的酒店都是那種空調對着頭吹得吹得腦殼暈，然後第二天一早我想起來服務員跟我説還有健身房，因為每天都出差上班都很少去健身了一進去看設施很齊全什麼健身設備都有而且還有使用説明，可以彌補我平時沒有時間健身的身體素質，而且我不是跑了一汗水嗎裏面還立馬可以洗衣服，還有烘乾機洗衣液都齊全的完了直接就可以拿，然後退房的時候呢服務員還問我入住的感覺怎麼樣噓寒問暖的對我一打工人實在是太暖心了，我真的很感謝這家酒店價格這麼低就讓我得到這麼好的服務，真的入住這家酒店是我做過最好的決定了
