這是温德姆最差的一間。從辦理check in開始的都是新職員。酒店水系統有問題，水質發黃，解釋為爆水管。酒店入住率極低，地面回南天28樓一片水跡。實際上與隔壁客天下酒店共享服務人員的。早餐不在酒店。客天下的遊樂設施幾乎全部停運。這些訊息都沒有披露。勸不要預訂不要上當。雖然最終調整了隔壁酒店的客房，但噪音大，品質低。價格與服務反差極大。極差的一次體驗。

適合帶長者小孩去度假旅遊，我們在惠州出發一個小時到酒店，景區規劃以恐龍為主題，很多遊玩項目和商業以恐龍為主題命名，分享一下我們的行程攻略供參考：1、我們10點半就到景區了，然後先是去了遊客服務中心買了勇士套票，帶孩子和老媽去走了恐龍玻璃橋，然後又體驗了一把恐龍叢林樂園，帶孩子探險，小娃娃一開始嚇哭了，一邊鼓勵最後挑戰成功拿了勇士勛章一路炫耀，推薦指數五顆星！2、玩了兩個小時後提前到酒店辦理入住，然後在遊客服務中心的景區自營餐廳吃了午飯，路過的恐龍主題百貨商店，好多恐龍公仔和玩具，價格和義烏價格差不多，挺實惠的，老闆娘也很熱情給我們介紹了周邊的遊玩攻略。3、下午和晚上共泡了兩次温泉，第二天早餐後又帶孩子去玩了冰雪樂園和卡丁車。
4、攜程訂的前台幫忙延遲到兩點退房，第二天午餐是前台小姐姐推薦的附近很有特色的餐廳。
5.整體體驗超5星，小孩子玩得不肯走～

酒店房間乾淨，挺大的，窗外園景還不錯，水上樂園沖浪區還挺好玩的，設施有些沒開，温泉區有分幾個不同風格，温泉水還是可以的，不過温泉區早上10點才開園有點遲。晚上很多吃的小店，吃了10點鐵板燒和街頭牛排，還可以。體驗感最不好的是自助早餐，餐廳不大，可能假期原因，超級多人，人擠人的，好像打仗一樣，人多又熱，紅茶壺沒了又沒人加，那個飲水機出水量又慢，等裝一杯水都很久，是那些水很貴嗎？

房間比較寬敞，衞生好，沒有陽台，周邊環境比較好。但周邊人流量大，公用的温泉和早餐就非常糟糕了👎

訂了一個家庭套房，2000一晚，不知道是被子沒曬乾還是沒換，有股汗臭味，而且我和長者家都起了點疹子，估計是不太乾淨，住了幾次温德姆，這次感覺不太乾淨，早餐是外包的，環境也很一般

怎麼説，主要衝著温德姆酒店去的。但入住後才明白，衹有温德姆的品牌，並沒有温德姆的服務。加上客天下這幾年已經相當落後了，各種服務設施已經明顯陳舊不堪了，好在衞生還算可以。希望設施設備能夠更新，要不然真沒必要再去了。

平時很少評價，尤其是很少給差評，這次忍不住寫幾句，這酒店太差了、真太差了！估計是抱着能坑一個是一個在維繫最後的生存，一定持續不了多久！！國慶假期帶着家人出遊，多麼寶貴的時間，奔着温德姆的牌子過去的，這個牌子在這裡是被幹廢了。這是温德姆嗎，大跌眼鏡！前台不在酒店樓下，在旁邊，入住辦理慢、電梯臟差，尤其是進入樓道，像是在監獄。房間簡陋，要瓶水是需要加錢的，要加被子是沒有的，要服務是別想的！早餐不在酒店裡麪，在遊客服務中心那邊，像是招待所，打發人的哦，窩心的一次入住，真實浪費錢、浪費時間啊！
