Great location, very clean lobby and room, friendly staff. The only gripe I have is smoking is somewhat allowed. The initial room I was given smelled strongly of cigarette. However front desk staff quickly help changed a room, which still has a tinge of cigarette smell but was much better. The bar fridge is switched on only when needed. But when I open the fridge, the super strong cigarette smell came out and hit me instantly. There are also guests who smoke at the walkway and at lift lobby. This alone is bad. Everything else is great, no complaints.

Hotel is relatively new, kept in a very good condition. Staff working at front desk are very nice, a lot of smile, they put us at top floor, level 13, with 2.4m bed, very big, very comfortable. Location at the old side of the city, but walking distance to the highest water fountain. I am sure will come back again next time if I visit heyuan again.

酒店位於河源城區，距離博物館不遠，大約2公里，共享電動車或是打車去都很方便，酒店環境很好，寬敞舒適，配備了茶水、洗衣房，也供應自助早餐，整體入住環境舒適
設施：
酒店給我們升級了套房，客房面積大了，多了一片休閑區，很舒適，休息和休閑互不打擾，很贊，適合帶娃的家庭，且有兩個衞生間，更方便家庭入住
早餐：
用攜程積分兑換了雙早福利，沒想到小童超過1.2就要購買早餐，加了18元，體驗不太好，大部分酒店都是1.4米或是17歲以內小童免費，第一次遇上1.2米就要收費的酒店餐廳。早餐比較豐富，中式西式都有，味道也不錯，現磨咖啡很贊，抹茶慕斯好吃

在老城區，臨新豐江邊上，交通便利，有地上地下停車位，房間比較新，設施齊備，衞生整潔，還很温馨的送果盤一份，服務員熱情禮貌。緊鄰中心街大集，再遠一點是太平古街，酒店離市內的“二展一廟一塔”景點3公里左右，非常近，可以簡單的遊玩一下
