Every time I pass by Heyuan, I have to stay there for a night. The star-rated hotels I stayed in before were some of the older Hiltons and Xiangfeng in Heyuan. This was my first time staying at Times Cloud Hotel. I felt very good. The security, front desk, guest rooms, and restaurant services were all great. They took the initiative to give me children's toothbrushes and shoes, and helped me put the cooked food in the hotel refrigerator for freezing. The buffet was the best I had in Heyuan, with many Chinese and Western styles, good taste, and freshness. The only thing that puzzled me was whether the air conditioner could not cool in winter. It was a bit too hot. I wanted to adjust the air conditioner, but it seemed that it couldn't. Overall, I was very satisfied and would stay there when I passed by in the future.

The hotel is very new and grand. I came here on a motorcycle trip. The hotel security uncle let me park in the underground parking lot and helped guide me. It was professional! Check-in was also fast. The beautiful Xiao Liang at the front desk also gave me a Shaun the Sheep doll. The room was very clean and quiet. I slept very well at night. It was also very convenient to eat at the nearby restaurant for dinner. The hotel breakfast was also of the standard of a 5-star hotel. It was really the best refueling station in the middle of the motorcycle trip. Great!
