This time, I booked two king-size rooms without windows. When checking in, I asked to stay on the same floor as much as possible because there were two children who would visit. The front desk lady Xiaoying was very gentle to receive us, and gave us a surprise upgrade to a window room on the same floor. The breakfast was really average. One of our children was over 1.2 meters tall and we had to pay 48 yuan. I think if it was worth 98, I would pay it. If we didn't include breakfast, all 6 people would not eat that kind of 48 yuan. The lady who registered for breakfast was also slow enough. The two of us were checking in. After waiting for a while, we wanted to take the children in first, but she blocked us with an unfriendly attitude and said that the children had to pay before they could enter. Can't we just wait a moment? It seemed like we couldn't afford breakfast. We scanned the code to collect the payment directly. We were not allowed to enter without paying. I didn't want to say anything. I said that the deposit could also be deducted when I checked in. It was very embarrassing.

Convenient transportation, quick response from butler service, and rich buffet breakfast variety, it is worth recommending.

I often stay at Times Cloud Hotel. The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation. The room is very clean and tidy, the mattress is very soft and comfortable, the hot water in the room comes quickly, everything is relatively complete, the service is very good and attentive. After checking in, I felt that the air conditioner in the room had a bit of odor, so I casually told Manager Liu about it. He quickly went to the room to check the cause and gave a solution. He saw that the mineral water bottle in the room was empty and took the initiative to add mineral water to the room. The service was very efficient and meticulous. 👍

I have stayed here many times this year, why do you give me a bad review for the service? The temperature was 27° on the day of check-in, and I found that the air conditioner was not cool enough. I called the front desk and they said that the temperature was not suitable to turn on the air conditioner. They said that other guests said it was cold at night, so they asked me to get a fan? They also said that they had central air conditioning. I thought to myself that I paid hundreds of dollars to stay in a five-star hotel, but you didn’t even turn on the air conditioner. You asked me to get a fan. Don’t you think it’s a bit funny? They even argued with me before turning on the central air conditioner. This is the front desk service 👍🏻, and then don’t reply to me with the official unified rhetoric, okay?

The location is perfect, and the hotel is very convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Jianji Shopping Center, and 20 minutes to take a taxi or drive to Wanlv Lake Scenic Area. The room is very clean and comfortable, more spacious than expected, the pure white bedding is clean and shiny, and the bathroom is well separated from wet and dry. I especially like the sofa area by the window. It is very relaxing to watch the city night view on the high floor at night. The bedside socket comes with a three-port charger, which is very friendly to people whose mobile phones often run out of power.
