The air conditioner was too bad. It was turned on for nearly an hour, and the temperature hardly changed. Finally, I called the staff to check it and said that there was no problem. I adjusted the temperature of the switchboard and let me observe it for another half an hour, and I could barely sleep.

酒店停車方便是免費的，服務態度挺好酒店性價比也高，價格實惠，房間衞生床上用品整潔乾淨，酒店附近有一條街吃飯吃宵夜都很方便，在吃飯那條街走下去幾分鐘就到亞洲第一噴泉，噴泉對面就是太平古街。交通都很方便。

不敢相信在已經12月當地夜間氣温7度的情況下，酒店提供的被褥竟然是夏季空調被。
落地窗玻璃碎裂安全性一塌糊塗，天花板漏水漏的膩子都掉下來了的情況下這間客房還能對外營業，隔音更是一坨謝特，過道里其他客人入住説的什麼我在床上聽的一清二楚，主打一個有床能睡就行。
本來這還不是我要差評的原因，睡一覺起來全身冰涼的想洗個熱水澡，淋浴間水半冷不熱的越洗越冷。
這還還不是重點，你本來隔音就差，走出淋浴間正好就聽到同樓層和我同晚入住的小情侶在那裡哭，原因是房間暖氣沒用，被褥也薄，同你酒店前台反應了3次都沒用，人家女孩子被凍了一晚上被氣的哭。我當時聽到就不樂意了，敢情是連我帶他倆都被你酒店折磨一晚上，好，那他倆不投訴我投訴吧正好我用的攜程訂的酒店，我在評論這條前，提前跟客服溝通我遇到的情況，也順便看看你酒店態度。
（這裏講一句攜程的客服小姐還是非常專業禮貌的一直積極維護用户）
好了，我當面跟你白班前台溝通，當然，表面道歉是有道歉，還當著我麪問4樓的住客熱水暖氣有沒有問題，然後跟人説我，你看人家都正常，那話裏話外的意思，有空調你不會用，別的客人住的好好的熱水也沒問題就你有事，我當時就更氣了，別人的體驗好不好的，跟我有什麼關係，我和那對情侶凍一晚上還得自己找自己身上的原因？轉過頭就跟攜程客服説暖氣可以用情況不屬實，本來積極承認錯誤讓酒店經理道個歉我也就算了，你給我幾十塊錢補償，我也發不了財，我就是要個説法而已，那好現在我把前因後果給你在這裏講的清清楚楚，為其他住客排雷也是好事一樁，就這樣吧

房間很大，乾淨整齊，衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴水很熱水充足。被子厚薄合適，蓋着不冷不熱。距離最高噴泉走路十幾分鍾就到了。周邊吃飯很方便。忘了拍房間，上幾張噴泉廣場的照片。

位置挺好，出行很便利，周邊美食餐廳和購物場所都方便，購買當地特產在酒店附近就有一條街特產街。萬綠湖風景很不錯，不坐船遊湖可以選擇鏡花緣也是萬綠湖一部分沿着河邊看風景有表演，也有一部分娛樂設施。
