總體印象：很不錯的酒店；
服務：很好。前台小姐姐態度好，免費給我升級了別墅泡池房，入住後我想換到最高的3樓也直接愉快答應了，還送了寶貝小玩偶；
環境：房間很乾凈整潔，比較寬敞舒適，別墅區也很安靜，不嘈雜，還帶私家泡池，很符合小朋友的喜好，下雨也可以玩水。窗台邊邊有一些小小飛蟲，不過也不影響整體好感度；
園區玩樂：本來我想定外面的住宿，但是對比還是裏面的酒店好，住宿套票送了温泉門票（裏面也有小孩玩水樂園）、黑森林樂園門票（含纜車和室內小童遊玩項目）、魔術表演和早餐，算起來絕對比定外面酒店划算；
停車：和酒店報備車牌就可以24小時免費進出，方便我們出去覓食；
酒店大堂8樓可以直達福原寺哦！很滿意的一次旅遊哦！好評！

入住的河源澳斯特菩提酒店，體驗非常棒！服務貼心，前台熱情高效，房間乾淨舒適，床品柔軟，睡得很香。早餐種類豐富，味道不錯，還有本地特色選擇。位置便利，酒店去景點和温泉都很近。整體體驗超出預期，下次還會選擇這裏！🌟

酒店雖硬件比較舊，但服務響應還是非常不錯的，前台小謝服務很貼心，看到有小朋友，在她權限範圍內升級了温泉合院房，一張大床一張小床，特別適合帶大一點的孩子一起住，房間內就有温泉可以泡，合院離温泉區近，但離酒店大堂有一定距離，要經過一個風情街，走走逛逛5分鐘吧，但是酒店也幫忙叫擺渡車2分鐘，期間娃就喜歡坐擺渡車。
整個巴伐利亞莊園適合休閑玩一玩，樂園很一般，可能小一點的小孩該有的玩。景點也不多，沒什麼特別的。
平常去的話建議一大家子，或者幾家人一起，住合院或者別墅休閑下還是不錯的，人少住合院那邊有點空盪盪的，哈哈

一進去就收到冰冰的水果盤
很貼心不過
木屋別墅房真的好遠
就算找前台要車
還是叫外賣要他們送進來
每次都要等好久才有回應🥲
最後買是放棄了自己慢慢走
園區還可以 有吃有喝的
可惜有些娛樂設施比較殘舊

酒店位置卓越，停車方便，門口就有停車場，停車前台掃碼免費，一樓有餐廳，客家口味，性價比不錯，走路去黑森林樂園和温泉幾分鐘，坐電梯到頂樓可以直達福源寺。前台服務態度很好，遇到問題能及時幫忙解決，遺留了東西還幫忙聯繫寄回，適合家庭親子游，我們第一天下午玩了黑森林，晚上泡温泉，第二天早上去了寺廟參觀，寺廟對面就是花千谷。很多小朋友玩項目，娃都不想回家。遛娃好去處[耶]

房間在三樓，地方很大，有獨立陽台，風景不錯。有獨立泡池，避免了和別人一起泡餃子交叉感染的風險。最大的缺點是清明節假期自助早餐完全靠搶，酒店的應急管理不夠好。另外窗外就是國醫館，晚上十點半後還有音樂和人聲，沒法早睡。
