The overall cleanliness is okay, but the overall stay experience is really bad.
We checked in at around ten o'clock in the evening. The check-in was actually very fast, and they said they would upgrade our room for free. After checking in, I heard voices coming from the room intermittently. I simply thought the sound insulation was poor. In addition, the hot water temperature is not stable. The central air conditioner in the room cannot adjust the temperature and all rooms are the same.
I checked into the hotel just to rest, but I felt like there were voices talking next door all night long. At 7 o'clock in the morning, there was an activity upstairs and downstairs. There was very loud stomping, laughing and talking. It lasted for almost half an hour. I couldn't stand it and called the front desk, saying that they were picking up a bride... We can understand it, but why did they arrange it for us? What about staying here? Or is it the so-called upgrade? I was a light sleeper, and my mood was ruined all morning. I endured it until the pick-up event was completely over, and then I started to rest at 8 o'clock in the morning. We quarreled for about an hour.
Ineffective communication with the front desk, and the feedback the front desk manager gave after check-out was that the unfamiliar front desk staff who checked in last night did bad things with good intentions...a typical example of shirking responsibility when an accident occurs, and an all-purpose temporary worker.
I think this is the hotel's dereliction of duty. It failed to detect and deal with the problem in time, but did nothing. After we gave serious feedback afterwards, we realized that we should give small compensation to save it. All I want is an attitude. As long as I'm reminded of the noise when I check in, I don't think it's a big deal.
This is a problem with hotel management. As a chain hotel, I personally do not recommend this hotel.
