The hotel is simply amazing! It’s really 5 stars Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The managers Kelvin and Ivan are a very polite person. At the restaurant, David, May, the manager Leo, and all the staffs are impeccable. The room is clean, new, good smells, perfect cleaning in all the hotel. Our family are so happy with the treatment. Breakfast delicious and also dinner buffet with so fresh meat and all. We extended 2 days more just because of all the things and the people kindness that the Hotel can offer. We gonna be back in this Hotel for sure and indicate all our friends. Thank you all for everything and perfect treatment.

there was smoking smell inside the room despite we rested a non-smoking room. the reception staff changed another room for us which was ok. room size was big and the hotel can maintain its standard. there are many eateries nearby. hotel guests get special discount (up to 50%) for body massage on the 1st floor and reception is on the 2nd floor.
overall happy stay.

Clean room. Very good breakfast. The bathroom amenities are a bit dated. Well located. Advice: prior to booking, ask the hotel whether the hot springs are open or not.

Big room, great breakfast (served until 11 on the weekends), nice staff, relatively cheap spa. Pity that the outdoor swimming pool was only open from 4:30 pm

Chose the hotel because of the location, close to a park, the river and shopping centre and because of the facilities with excellent breakfast, swimming pool and hot spring.
Hot spring is expensive and became overpriced at the holiday. The pool then closed for the holiday too! Restaurant served great food but was only open at the weekend. Coffee bar in the lounge also overpriced and very slow service. They were very helpful in changing the room which was too hot and the air conditioning doesn't work in winter.

I always stay at this Hilton every time I go back to Heyuan. I actually didn’t realize that it has been open for a long time. This time I stayed and found that it is really old. But fortunately, the service attitude, overall hygiene, and everything are very good. The location is also very convenient. It is near JJ mall. I booked this time for children. The children in the theme room really like the bunk beds. They are very nice and well protected. Children can sleep on the upper bunk by themselves and don’t need to worry about the gym equipment being a bit old. Overall, it is comfortable. I will stay there next time I go back~
