Hot spring Hotels in Heyuan

Very nice premises, services are good, staff are polite n helpful. The only downside is lots of stalls/shops/resto r not open, maybe they will open for weekend only... We booked a hot spring hill view room n upgraded to lake view....so nice .... Thanks for everything, we all enjoy e stay... Sure will come back again if we hv a chance...

We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

A bug bit my baby's hand on the bed in the middle of the night. Two weeks later, the scar is still very deep. The breakfast he had was adequate but the variety was average and there were too many mosquitoes.

The overall experience was good this time. The service attitude was very good. Everyone here greeted the guests in a friendly manner. Any needs could be solved in time. The special housekeeper Kiki was also very good. The hotel was also relatively clean and hygienic, and many details were taken into consideration for children. There were children's toilet seats, shoes, and anti-collision strips on the corners of the table. This time, I was specially upgraded to a lake view room for free. The view was very good, and I could see the fireworks directly from the balcony at night. The only suggestion is that I hope there will be more types of food and beverages, such as midnight snacks, and the prices will be more affordable. There is not much food at night, and they are basically closed at nine o'clock. I want to eat some barbecue, but there are only a few, and the price is expensive. I also hope to add some night programs to enrich the night life. Although it was still relatively cold this time and I didn't dare to go out at night, I could still do more in the summer.

But because it is not a weekend, the whole building is lived by ourselves, I feel a little panicked, insecure, and I don't sleep well! It is estimated that it will be much better to live directly in Bodhi Hotel without upgrading! Breakfast is average, fried rice is delicious!  Dinner...the chef was too little to cook, and called a car to take us to another house to eat, but the other same dish was much more expensive!

The single-family villa has one bedroom and one living room. There is a slide and a rocking horse in the living room. My child likes it very much. There is an independent hot spring pool in the house. It's very close to the Black Forest Hot Spring Town, very close to the Guiyang Hot Spring, and also close to the parking lot. The location is really great. The park is very big, so it's easier to get around if you have a car. The facilities are not that new, but the Mid-Autumn Festival The price/performance ratio is excellent at less than 300 per night during the festival. Five-star praise.
