Very nice premises, services are good, staff are polite n helpful. The only downside is lots of stalls/shops/resto r not open, maybe they will open for weekend only... We booked a hot spring hill view room n upgraded to lake view....so nice .... Thanks for everything, we all enjoy e stay... Sure will come back again if we hv a chance...

there was smoking smell inside the room despite we rested a non-smoking room. the reception staff changed another room for us which was ok. room size was big and the hotel can maintain its standard. there are many eateries nearby. hotel guests get special discount (up to 50%) for body massage on the 1st floor and reception is on the 2nd floor. overall happy stay.

This is a hotel with the best value for money and one of the best experience. First of all, the hotel environment is good and the lobby is spacious. Secondly, the breakfast is rich in variety and cost-effective. Thirdly, the room is a river view room, watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening is really beautiful. Free drinking water is provided in the four-season corridor, which is very considerate.

The hotel is very new and grand. I came here on a motorcycle trip. The hotel security uncle let me park in the underground parking lot and helped guide me. It was professional! Check-in was also fast. The beautiful Xiao Liang at the front desk also gave me a Shaun the Sheep doll. The room was very clean and quiet. I slept very well at night. It was also very convenient to eat at the nearby restaurant for dinner. The hotel breakfast was also of the standard of a 5-star hotel. It was really the best refueling station in the middle of the motorcycle trip. Great!

It's a very comfortable hotel with a clean and nice environment. There are restaurants nearby and it's very convenient. I specially booked a room with a slide and a wave pool. All the kids, big and small, had a happy and comfortable stay. Only the hot water in the room is difficult to adjust and the water pressure is too low. Overall, I will stay again👍🏻
