設施：晚上11:20經歷了一次酒店通知緊急撤離通知；由於應該走道喇叭通知在逃生通道緊急撤離，我們什麼也沒帶一下由緊急通道跑到一樓，後發現一樓緊急通道的防火門是打不開的，嚇**了，衹能跑回二樓，到想逃生衹能乘坐電梯下一樓或在二樓等救援。這個逃生門竟然是鎖死的，太恐怖了。好在後來知道是誤報，才算了。但真是細思極恐。這逃生門怎麼可以是打不開的，請酒店好好檢查一下，萬一出什麼意外，真不得了。
服務：前台小姐姐們，很熱情，有求必應，很nice；
環境：聽安靜，關鍵是停車很方便，就這點值得下次再來；

The environment here is beautiful, the facilities are complete, there are mountains and water, the air is fresh, and it is especially suitable for a family vacation. When they saw me bringing my children with me, they immediately took out a set of children's slippers and toothbrushes and handed them to him with a smile. IIgnaz ForstnerWe chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.
