入住體驗極差！一家人出行遊玩，因為開車有點累我就近下高速找了酒店，一路上都是這樣的，但從來沒有住過這樣差的酒店，我的房間礦泉水是打開的，當時進去以後及時發現就向前台反應以及更換了，但是前台也沒有任何解釋，不過也能理解，畢竟半夜了，而且地毯也很臟，姐姐由於昨天不舒服，媽媽和姐姐入住的那間房沒有仔細檢查，簡單沖了個澡就睡下了，次日退房因為路邊有繳費短訊，我就讓姐姐和媽媽去挪車了，前台説我媽媽房間打開了桶裝水扣了我們10元錢，等我上車問媽媽，媽媽説我們自己有水，怎麼會打開呢，錢不重要，説不能隨便冤枉人，下去解釋一下，姐姐就下去了，解釋後酒店堅稱是我們打開的；我請問昨天也是我打開的嘛，本來錢也不多，之前等退按金時間已經很久了，又出了這個插曲又等了半天！我們由於還要趕路不想再繼續囉嗦了，索性就走了！！但是媽媽很生氣！！希望酒店多培養一下客房衞生！！入住體驗真的很差！！

酒店旁邊有個充電站開電車挺方便，離高速口也不遠。乾淨衞生，早點包子也挺好吃的，還給了一個雞蛋。還有電蚊香，可惜晚上沒蚊子。

每次來出差都住在這裏，房間是22年年底才裝修好的，新中式風格很大氣，入住體驗好。客房服務員很專業，前台西安姐姐服務也熱情。很好

房間面積比同價位的小一點，基本設施都有，只是靠近街區噪音太大，希望有一次性牙缸，一次性杯子也行，不想用公用的杯子，另外床頭燈太亮了，躺着把眼睛照的睜不開，太刺眼，衹能開其他的燈，空調噪音也很大，床很大，衞生很好。服務也比較好，入住方便。

在他家也住了很多次了 一直感覺還可以 上次晚上玩的比較晚 去了也注意 第二天退房的時候商家説床上有塊黑色的東西洗不下來 要賠200 給我發了一個賠償價格單來 最後按金也沒退
