Unfortunately this is not our first visit to the hotel (due to an uncancellable contract). Already the arrival starts with having to look for receptionists and this does not change afterwards, if you want some information it is not easy to find someone who will give it. In our many years of visiting, we have never had a week where everything in the spa worked. Either the sauna was no good, or the hot tub was not working, or simply the whole section was closed for a few days. This year the whole section was closed without any information. It was not easy to get hold of someone about this, but when I did they were rude to me, and I didn't find out anything. There were other minor problems (waking up in the morning to loud hotel workers, dirty bathrooms, lack of kitchen utensils, lack of pillows), but these are dwarfed by the fact that the services you came to the place for are regularly unavailable (with no explanation or remorse).
