At check out 2 different people told me that fir the refund of the 2 days i had booked but will not stay, to contact ******* and refund will be processed.
After i left the hotel ******* explained to me that they have submitted the refund request but in 2 dufferent times Reception said i am still at the hotel, then when i personally called the explanation was that they only refund if you book directly with them, not tird party agency.. ridiculous and embarrassing will never recommend this kind of scam strategy, but what can you expect from Indian management.. same, damn same..

Horrible, terrible dirty hotel. Not a best Western Standard, way below standard. Room was stinky, I called front desk and the clerk argued saying it’s non smoking, declined to switch. Requested to speak to the manager was told the owners were not there. I need my full refund, I did not sleep whole night.

Room had overpowering carpet deodorant in it, a bit beat up. The front desk clerk was wonderful but the hotel itself needs some love. The price was right so it's hard to really complain but we would stay elsewhere if we had to do it again.

My stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Ample parking, delightful options for breakfast. Staff was very professional and helpful. My front desk staff who assisted my was very professional and deserved a raise for her unwaivering customer service.

Bathroom looks like it's got mold growing under the paint in rm 116 room 208 toilet backs up lady in the breakfast room need to learn some customer service too...not to mention how the front desk trys to gas light you ..

There was a $100 surprise deposit when checking in that was no good. It will take a week to get it credited back if they decide that you left the room in ok order. The policy sirens and activity shock you into waking up and having to take for ever to go back to sleep. The rooms are away from your car so you can not keep an eye on it.
