When checking in, the front desk requires a deposit of 200 yuan. Why? The front desk said there were consumer goods in the room. After checking in, I went to the room and found that there were no small hand towels, towels, and floor towels. I called the front desk and asked the waiter to come to the room to check. The waiter went into the house and said: Because the small hand towels, towels, and floor towels were not enough, they were not provided. I asked the waiter: I only saw a list of consumer goods (see photo), where are the consumer goods? The waiter said it was not worthy for a long time, and the front desk didn't know. Only the detail cards of the consumer goods are placed in the room, and the consumer goods are not worthy. How can the guests explain clearly? When checking out, the front desk asked the waiter to check the room before letting the guests go. Is the management of the hotel a bit out of date? 服務態度差，環境也不好，枕頭上有血漬還誣陷是我們弄的，遊客快12點入住，進去了就睡了，第二天也要趕路，利用這個我們趕時間的點，用本來就有的血漬誣陷是我們弄的，要賠清理費，搞得我們要報110來解決，最後才説算了，真的很生氣！特別不好的體驗！而且早餐也很差！！！！

共訂了二間，同伴這間還可以，設施沒問題，毛巾浴巾有些舊。無早餐，但房下飯店多，吃飯方便，房間大，床舒服，有二瓶水，衞生間乾濕分離。
