給我開的是4樓，1️⃣4樓左右隔音效果很差，早上晚上隔壁説話我的房間都聽的到 ，早上還杯隔壁噪音吵醒，2️⃣衞生間還有蟑螂🪳，3️⃣然後電梯晚上還壞了一次，早上又一次，我男朋友樓梯爬了兩次，就四層樓電梯還老是壞，4️⃣房間窗簾不避光
