離鶴山市區有一的距離，比較適合自駕遊，沒有車的話會很不方便。自助入住，4個房間，兩個衞生間，適合家庭出遊。

房間很大，陽台正對着古勞水鄉，春節期間剛好遇到放煙花，非常漂亮，白天還欣賞到賽馬、賽車等活動。值得一遊

這個房子是真的不錯，性價比很高。房子很大，很寬敞明亮，很乾凈，我們一行五人住得超舒適。停車有地下停車場，免費的。樓下沒多遠就是古勞水鄉。不足之處就是樓盤好像還沒完善好，商鋪全部都還沒開，附近沒有什麼商業。另外，投影儀也不太好用，投出來的映像很模糊。

服務和衞生有待提高，有蟑螂，牆面灰塵比較多，空調製冷效果一般般，沒有毛巾，位置比較偏，不推薦，至於投影儀，説實話 衹能晚上看

投訴，極不負責任的店家，沒有公示的配套硬件，最差入住體驗！失望透頂！！！作為這公寓一年以上老客户，下單付款後想必老闆會安排好，結果到了之後：訂的有洗衣機4房，結果沒有洗衣機，沒有正常浴巾，沒有蚊香，枕頭酸臭，一房間燈不亮，每個開關佈滿灰塵，每間房及客廳長期未入住的甲醛味，吸得半夜肚子疼！！！差得無詞形容，連打電話問從哪個單元上樓都不接！！！反饋問題及退房，統統不回！！！太差勁了！！！這家店以前還誤給五星好評，請大家多多對比，能不選它儘量不選！

剛好過年期間出行選擇，符合我們的需求四間房，房間整體環境還不錯，陽台視野位置非常好，性價比不錯，周圍都還在建設中，建議自駕遊入住更方便

5.1原計劃是帶家人去幾個地方走走，但由於天氣一直不給力，行程一改再改，旅程變成換地方睡覺。原行程之一是去江門逛吃逛吃，但舊廠街那又堵車又下暴雨，果斷換去附近的古勞水鄉，在路上一直網上找房源找到麗途公寓，這户型剛好也滿足我帶老又帶小的家庭，樓下停車方便還免費，陽台又大還有小吊椅，房內佈局合理，衞生也算乾淨，燈光也明亮。説下缺點:1.樓層口蜘蛛網蜘蛛多得有點嚇人！2.房間內陽台蚊蟲挺多的，房內配的蚊水威力不足，我還在外面另外買了蚊香，估計是最近南方一直下暴雨，附近又是水鄉的原故吧，第二天早上陽台屍橫遍野那一個壯觀，我就沒拍照了，畫面有點噁心！
