設備條件還是蠻充足的，環境在同價位也是高檔次的那一批，唯一一點就是熱水器可能不是電熱水器

房間靠馬路不隔音，房間折舊，有蜘蛛網，熱水出得慢，空氣不流通有蚊子，有很重的煙味，價格低但是太差了，沒有電梯，同價格的公寓，看地段和樓層，最好選那種獨棟高樓的，靠近大型超市碧桂園這種的環境會好很多

性價比很高的賓館，你懂的！床單被套乾淨衞生，放心睡！房間小點但足以緩解旅途疲勞，空調效果好，熱水需要耐心多放一會才出熱水。房間隔音睡覺安靜。出門就是鶴山廣場，晚上燈火輝煌……古勞水鄉景點近在咫尺。廣東美食四處可見。
