Our modern and very spacious apartment with 125m ² for at least 4 adults has a living / dining area with fireplace and open access to the usable terrace and garden, which is oriented to the south side, thus promises you a lot of sun from morning to evening and from which you can enjoy a nice Have an overview of Lake Salem and enjoy your breakfast or dinner.
In addition, our apartment has a very large bathroom with bathtub and shower and 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers the opportunity for self-sufficiency and for cozy cooking in the evening.
Located on a hill, the apartment offers a beautiful view of Lake Salem, which is directly opposite our apartment.
Free WiFi in the living room and a grill station is available to guests free of charge. Also included are towels, bed linen and the use of the washing machine.

Lage/Landschaft: sehr gut
Online-Auftritt: stimmt nicht mit realem Zustand der Wohneinheit überein.
Sauberkeit: nicht akzeptabel (alter Teppichboden in den Schlafzimmern, verstaubte Nachttische, unangenehme Geruchsbildung)
Außenbereich: sehr ungepflegt
Mobiliar außen: teilweise nicht zu gebrauchen wg. Verschmutzung
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: passt nicht.

Klasse Mädelswochenende
Supi. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und super ausgestattet. Auch der Garten ist toll ausgestattet mit Strandkorb, mehreren Liegen, Gartenmöbeln. Man hat seine Ruhe.
Und man muss nur einmal die Straßenseite queren und kann in den See springen. Perfekt- und schön ist die Gegend ohnehin.
