Excellent service by truly first-rate staff. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Great location next to Mediterranean, beach, perched above the Herzliya marina with restaurants, stores, a mall. Wonderful rich buffet breakfast. Chef restaurant in hotek - duperb.

We recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya, and once again, we were truly impressed by the outstanding service. Every time we visit, we receive exceptional care, and much of that is thanks to Niv, the Customer Service Manager. From the moment we planned our stay, Niv ensured everything was perfectly arranged for us. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests make all the difference. Even in his absence during part of our visit, Lidar stepped in and took great care of us, which speaks volumes about the quality of the team he leads. As visitors from California who come to Israel from time to time, we deeply appreciate the warm, personalized service we receive at this hotel. It truly feels like a home away from home. A huge thank you to Niv and the entire team at The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya—we can’t wait to return!

I brought about 10 family members to this hotel for a weekend and I can't say enough nice things about it. From the moment you are met at the curb everyone treats you politely and helpfully with class, and that continues through every aspect of the experience. They added a number of lovely personalized touches in the rooms before we arrived that were aligned with the reason we were coming. The lobby is beautifully decorated calm and relaxing, with views of the Marina on one side and one of the beach/ocean on the other side. The rooms are large and super luxurious, all the comforts that you would expect at a Ritz Carlton. Everyone in my family found the food absolutely delicious, and several of us enjoyed the spa and pool very much. The views from higher floors are just extraordinary of the entire Mediteranean. And there are plenty of shops and restaurants, etc. a few feet away. I can't imagine a better place to stay in the center of Israel.

Very lovely hotel. Rooms were clean with a nice view of the marina. Pool area was nice with sufficient chairs. Front desk was very personable. Breakfast was inclded in a nice dining are with good selection and good service. The only issue was that the weather was cool and windy but that was not the fault of the hotel. I suggest you go in season-April-September.

We had a terrible experience at the ritz spa. We booked 3 messages for Monday 11/4. The conversation over the phone was clear. I had someone close by when I was booking who confirmed I said Monday over the phone. The hotel send me a confirmation of the booking that I did not confirm or pay any attention to. Apparently, the confirmation said the 3 messages were booked for a day earlier. We missed the messages and were charged for them. I kindly asked the management to review the conversation (as the hotel records conversations for quality assurance). My request was denied and ignored. I sent numerous communication requests kindly asking for this matter to be looked into. Spa manager and Customer relations manager both ignored my emails and phone calls. I was expecting much more from Ritz customer service.
