We had booked 4 nights at this hotel but left after just 2. The swimming pool was simply so dirty that it must have been harmful to one's health to swim in it. It was cloudy and full of insects. For example, you could only see the first step on the bathing stairs, even though there were four, but the water was so cloudy. The pool bar was not open and you could not buy lunch or cold drinks. The furniture by the pool was broken and in poor condition. The breakfast was minimal and the food lukewarm, not hot. The drinks were lukewarm. There was a strong light in the hallway which cut through the window in the door to the room, so it felt as if the light in the room had not been turned off. It was impossible to sleep without a sleeping mask. We complained to the hotel management and asked for a refund, but were refused. We would not recommend booking this hotel.

When I made the booking, I booked a hotel with a restaurant, breakfast buffet, parking, and WiFi. As a motorcyclist, I like to call home after a day's ride and say how my day was. I like to sit down in the restaurant after a shower and have a beer. In the morning, before I set off, I want a varied breakfast. None of that, except for the parking, was available. There was basically no beer. The restaurant was not open due to technical problems. The WiFi had technical problems and as a result the reception in the building was terrible. We had to eat in a restaurant several kilometers away and the steps down to the apartment were of different heights, in some cases up to 3 cm, so you kept tripping. They also served something for breakfast, whether you wanted it or not, you had no choice. All in all, a complete disappointment and not a 4 star hotel.
