Unsere Erfahrung in diesem Hotel war leider äußerst enttäuschend. Wir mussten vorzeitig abreisen, da wir in unserem Zimmer erheblichen Schimmelbefall und einen allgemein schlechten Zustand vorfanden. Das war nicht nur gesundheitlich bedenklich, sondern auch extrem unangenehm. Nach unserer Abreise hatten wir zudem Probleme mit der Rückerstattung. Uns wurde deutlich weniger zurückerstattet als erwartet, was unsere Enttäuschung zusätzlich verstärkt hat. Der Kundenservice war nicht besonders hilfsbereit, und die Kommunikation ließ zu wünschen übrig. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung, und wir können dieses Hotel unter den gegebenen Umständen nicht empfehlen.
