I don't even know where to start, everything is so great. The hotel itself is new, clean, the staff is responsive, professionals in their field. The director is sociable, kind, attentive, it feels like he selected all the staff for himself. Our vacation was just great thanks to all these people. Thank you very much, we will come back and I think with a bigger company.

The Galazio Beach resort was a horrible and degrading place to stay. I have never written before but the exterior of the hotel was lovely and deceiving inside the quad apartment room 47, the bathroom was horrible, the small, rusty shower had no light inside it and the badly built toilet did not allow you to sit as the sink was in the way blocking it and a broken toilet seat. As 4 young girls. the bathroom is important so upon asking the reception to accommodate, we were refused but as customers, we were willing to just settle for only a shower to use which we were also refused multiple times therefore, every time we needed to shower or use the bathroom, even for lady problems, we had to travel three flights of stairs, across the main pool, down more stairs and use the gym toilets and showers which do not have any locks. We were also refused towels multiple times and were only given 1 towel for each guest for 3+ days and we only stayed 4 full nights and a day. Moving on from this, the last day after checking out at 11 am, we went down to the gym to get ready for the day, the receptionist asked us to come back up and shouted at us as the room was 'too messy' for the cleaners. There was just rubbish to broom and chuck in the bin and the sofa was facing the wall as we were in a rush to check out on time otherwise this would have been sorted out. She explained we must help the cleaners by tidying up which we agreed to as it wasn't much to do so we went back to the room to help and when we arrived it was already done within 15 minutes. We explained this to her and she demanded we carry 2 heavy black bin bags and a towel bag down the flights of stairs, across the busy main pool, through the kitchen, outside the hotel and into the back rubbish bins. I explained this was something I could not do due to female problems and also just the fact that I was on holiday and was not meant to be taking down black bin bags in front of other guests where she explained I must pay 80 euros which I also could not as I am 18 years old and was my last day so the last 40 euros I needed to get home safely. She then said we must the floors inside and outside the hotel room instead which I also did not agree to do due to the fact that there were around 5-6 cleaners and it was not much to do at all. All other rooms had 1-2 bags of rubbish taken daily so I do not understand why they were also not asked to take out the bins. I feel as though we were targeted and taken advantage of as we were young as I firmly believe any other guest would not be asked to do this. The cleaners begin recording us including our faces so one of us begin recording showing the rubbish and explaining the situation for our safety but keeping in mind the cleaners' and receptionists' privacy and not showing their faces, just the room and floor. One of the cleaners physically pushes the girl recording and barges her with her body shouting saying not to video and not letting her inside the room just before

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. I’m not sure where to start but there isn’t one thing I can complain about when it comes to the hotel. The reception staff are very friendly and happy to help. The pool beds are very comfortable and there always seems to be beds when you want one. Our room is a clean, spacious and air con works very well. My only complaint (very minor) is that our bathroom was laid out very strange. You struggle to get in the shower because the toilet is in the way. There is loads to choose from at breakfast every morning including alternative milks and fruit juices. They also can make you any coffee you’d like, hot or cold. The location of the hotel is good for the area of Analipsi and if you want to venture into somewhere with a bit more hernossisos isn’t too far and costs about 17 euros in a taxi. We ventured into Malia which is about 30 euros and we were out all day, on our way home the reception actually phoned the taxi company to make sure we were okay on our way back! Please book, I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed.

If you’re looking for disappointment you should stay here. If you book a triple B apartment.. good luck to you. They don’t show you the side of the property that is not renovated and brand new. Be very very careful when booking this place. They also gaslight you when you complain about the place and blame you for their failure. The shower water is freezing cold

The service provided was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had the room attached to the pool. The hotel is walking distance from the beach. There's also a restaurant and a supermarket attached to the hotel. There are lots of other places you can book a tour to visit.
