Bellino Apartments "Adults Only"

This was the worst place I have stayed in, bar none. I booked what was advertised as a 3* accommodation, and was a 1* at best. There was even a notice in the room confirming this. The property is obviously being rundown, with an old couple supposedly in charge. None of the advertised amenities were open, so no bars or drinks or food at all. The pool wasn't maintained or cleaned at all. The rooms were dirty and never cleaned , so no sweeping, mopping, or cleaning of the kitchen area or bathroom or toilet. There were clean sheets, towels and the bins were emptied every 3 days, and that was the sum total of any service. There was a constant smell of drains around, and an open drain hole in the bathroom. When I spoke to the old couple about the situation, they were not interested. This occurred in August, at the height of the summer season, and I paid the going rate for 3* accommodation, with all the amenities advertised. I complained to *******, and was offered a very small compensation for the worst holiday I have ever had. I can only hope they take the Bellino apartments of their website, so other people don't book, in good faith, and suffer the huge disappointment that I did.

I booked this accommodation with *******, and it was supposedly 3* with 2 bars serving food and drinks, and a lively, friendly atmosphere. What I got was a rundown place, with nothing open, and just a dirty room. It looked like it was being shut down, and they were just taking the money from people like me, who booked with a supposedly reputable booking agent, in good faith. There was even a notice in the room stating it was a 1* accommodation! The rooms were dirty and never cleaned at all, and had a pervading smell of drains, and an open drain hole in the bathroom. The bin in the bathroom was only emptied every 3 days, and in Greece you have to put your used toilet paper in there, so you can just imagine. And this was the height of the summer season, in August. There were no staff around apart from an old couple, who told me they were ill, and not interested. This was the worst holiday I ever had, and I paid the going rate for what I thought was going to be lovely. I have informed ******* and was given a very small compensation, which I have to spend with them! I will be extremely careful in future. I can only hope they take the Bellino apartments off their website, so no one else is as disappointed as I was.

We come back here as often as we can as the accomodation is lovely, clean and it has everthing that you need. The pool is absolutely lovely. Most importantly the owners are so lovely and accommodating. They make you feel at home. We will definitely be back. Love you guys so much. Miss you even more. Thank you for looking after us so well. Visited belino apartments in August 2022. We left with the best impressions: Family and children friendly, even with a shallow pool for younger children, with fully equipped (including a small cooking station) and clean rooms. But the apartments' asset are its people, Soula and Yannis. Warm and kind people that care for their visitors and will do their best to assist you with anything. They really make you feel at home. On the plus side also, the apartments are located within walking distance from both hersonisos' s city centre and the picturesque village of Koutouloufari. We visited Bellino in early August and what hit us with a good impression right from the start was the fact the accommodation is child-friendly (ours are 5,7 and 12). The children’s’ swimming pool is shallow and round, and the surroundings are generally easy for kids to find room to play. As Bellino is relatively small and “Mama Soula” is always there 24/7 , you feel it’s totally OK to leave your kids playing around the pool or the garden, like it’s your own backyard. We were also happy to see that staff adhered to anti-COVID measures and rooms were cleaned regularly.

For us it was a last-minute booking and we were excited to discover a gem in Chersonissos. Rooms are recently renovated, clean and quiet! Staff is helpful, friendly and genuinely welcoming. The apartments are located near the main road, among olive trees and one can enjoy sea and mountain view from the pool area. If we find ourselves in Chersonissos again, we’re definitely coming back here! Thank you Mama Soula for everything!

Definately a great place to stay with very clean, comfortable rooms, great service on just about everything and mama Soula always there to answer any question!!! You get to lounge by the pool with olive groves around you while you 're gazing at a mountain side at sundown!!! Or you can go to the beach in just a ten minute walk! Just amazing, totaly recommend it and would definately visit again!!!
