Currently here with my husband at this amazing boutique hotel CASA BLU. Recommended by a friend. Kasampalis Dimitris such a pleasure to meet you in person after hearing such great things, all are true! Perfect to be here for your birthday and to also meet your lovely wife 😊. Our stay has exceeded all expectations, the establishment, the facilities, the scenery, the villages, but most of all the staff who work tirelessly to ensure you have the best holiday. We’ve already booked for 11 nights next May and will be coming back each year from hereon to celebrate our wedding anniversary…,there isn’t anywhere we’d rather be now! Home on Monday evening but will be counting down the weeks til we’re back again! Thank you CASA BLU team, you are simply the BEST! 👏🏻 ❤️

I can see why people return here. The views, the location, the rooms, the staff. I honestly cannot fault anything about my first time here. From the moment we were dropped off until the moment we left, it was a sheer delight to stay here. Casa Blu is an adults only hotel. We stayed at the start of the season in May. Flying with TUI and we were the first to be dropped off with an approx 25 minutes transfer from the airport. Dimitri was at reception and showed us to our room, which was down a few steps. Room 503 which Dimitri said was one of his favourite rooms as it had the best views. He wasn't wrong, we hada spacious balcony with views overlooking the sea in the horizon and also the pool and the bar area. The balcony also had a pull out hanging rack to hang towels etc. The room itself was spotless and very modern looking with plenty of plug sockets. The rooms have Aircon (free to use) and have a fridge to keep your own water and stuff cold. The shower was spacious and had good power. Your room gets cleaned every day, but towels replaced every two days unless you request otherwise with a sign you hang on your door. The room also had a safe and a kettle with tea and coffee. The bed was very big (queen sized?) and comfy with 2 pillows. The hotel has 2 pools (which were cold for me) near the bar area surrounded by the most comfiest sun beds which are cushioned and have parasols between each pair of sun beds. There are rooms available with private pools and a new building with a couple of rooms have their own pool. In total I think there are 33 rooms. The food in Casa Blu is good with a lot of choices for breakfast, ranging from hot food such as smoked bacon, mushrooms, eggs, beans and sausage to cheeses, pastries and greek yoghurt and fruit. The bar area also does food for lunch with various foods until 4pm. It is all outside seating with tables in the sun and also under shade. The bar stocks a full range of premium spirits and bottled beer and local draught beer and also does cocktails with reasonable prices. Any food or drink you have are added to your room throughout the day and paid before the end of each day. Cash or card. The location of the hotel is perfect with villages to the left (5 minutes walk) and right (15 minutes walk) There are a couple of bars and tavernas within 2 minutes walk from the hotel and also a spar supermarket. The walk to each village is easily done on mostly flat roads. The choices of places to eat is plentiful and majority is home cooked. The hotel does have a few steps going from reception to the pool area and people with mobility issues may find this a struggle. The staff at the hotel go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. They all ask if you are ok and need anything. The owner made a few appearances throughout and came to speak to us and made us feel welcome. Overall, the experience at Casa Blu was excellent. We absolutely loved Casa Blu. The rooms were so clean, beautifully and tastefully designed. The private pool experience is not to be missed. We didn't want to leave the room! Between the views and pure tranquility that the hotel provides, there was the added bonus of having the most friendly and attentive staff. They really went above and beyond to remember your name, and were always happy to help with a smile. The hotel is located a short distance away from a convenience store and a few mins away from the more touristy areas and various beaches. The hotel’s public pools and spaces are so well cared for and bring an elevated sense of community and luxury. My only regret is that we only stayed for 4 days. We are definitely coming back.

I have just returned from the casa blu for the second time and wow it only better , this was my husbands first visit and he was so impressed that he booked up for next year while we here there , the staff are amazing each and everyone of them there is nothing they won’t do for you and will go above and beyond to make your stay at the casa blu fell welcome 🤗 I the food is amazing fabulous choice and will also make you you anything you ask for too chef the hotel itself is the cleanest I’ve been to you always see a cleaner every day it’s the best I’ve ever stayed and the most amazing friendly people you will meet ❤️ I will continue to return to the casa blu they like family now xxx

We stayed at the Casa Blu with a large group of family and friends for our daughter’s wedding and had the most fantastic and memorable time. It was the first time me and my wife have been to the Casa Blu, but it will definitely not be the last. The standard of the rooms and overall cleanliness was excellent. The hotel complex was spotless. The breakfast choice was great. The food and drinks were excellent and the service could not be faulted. Staff and management could not have been any more attentive, friendly and helpful.

We had the most amazing wedding here on 30th April it was everything we’d hoped it would be and more, the day was just perfect and the sun came out just at the right time. We had the best day ever and we cannot thank Kasampalis Dimitris and Smaro for there help in organizing everything, it went like a dream and to all the staff in particular George and Rula at CASA BLU CRETE you made the day go like clockwork nothing was too much trouble Thankyou. All our family and friends were totally blown away by the hotel they will all be back Memories made forever 🥂 xx

Very nice renovated hotel. Rooms spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. The fridge in the room is stocked daily with water and original drinks such as Coke, Fanta and Sprite. The room also has tea and coffee making facilities. Large TV and several Polish channels. Very large selection of food and very good. Several bars, including one in the pool. Very good drinks, but the best ones are in the lobby bar, which is open 24 hours a day. There are several swimming pools, including those with music and animations, as well as the so-called quiet. Very nice beach with new sun loungers and bars. Very cool and interesting animations. There is live music every evening and performances in the amphitheater several times a week. Once a week there is a fire show on the beach with a party. Green and red pennants hang under umbrellas on the beach and by the swimming pools. If you turn red, you are not harassed by sellers of various services. But compared to other hotels there are few of them and they are very nice. It is also possible to go to the premises of the neighboring hotel and use everything, but the other way around does not work and guests of the neighboring hotel cannot go to the premises of this hotel. Even on the beach there is security and does not allow you to enter Casa Blue beach. Best in Marsa Alam

Spent a week here in October. Extremely relaxing week in Casa Blu. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Views amazing from room. We had junior with balcony. Room lovely and modern lovely walk in shower. Bed very comfortable. Walk down to Hersonisos beach area was only 20 minutes. Lots of restaurants to choose from in Piskopiano/Hersonisos old town or Koutalafari food lovely. We have already booked for October next year. Can't wait to go back.
