Our very first TUI resort holiday and travelling with our older children to this adults only resort there were high expectations. We need not have worried. From the moment we arrived (late night) we were warmly welcomed by Nikos (a true gentleman, who keeps the hotel running with a quiet but consistent approach) and lovely Nia, checked in with care, fed from a lovey little buffet open especially for the late arrivals. The rooms (one double with balcony, one twin with balcony) were a good size, and the beds were so comfortable. Being half board contained a small fridge which we were able to store water and a few drinks purchased from the shop next door. There were slippers, dressing gowns, shower and beach towels. The rooms had a kettle, iron and ironing board and shower gel / shampoo, tea and coffee sachets were replenished every day by a lovely cleaner who kept our room spotless. A TUI welcome meeting with Clare was great, and she was a constant source of information / support during our stay. We did two trips, Spinalonga and Knossos, both were organised by TUI and we're worth doing as part of a guided tour. The TUI entertainment team really made our holiday, daily aqua aerobics with Javi (who seems to have endless amounts of energy and we never saw him not smiling!) Alva who took us on our first walk of the local area which was great to get our bearings. Stone painting with Eva, and all coordinated by "Bonkers Bingo Beth". The activities were low key enough during the day so not to upset the quiet calm balance, but complemented the musical and dance entertainment evenings put on by the hotel, providing ****** night, silent disco, open air movies etc. The only thing I would have liked to experience is maybe some traditional greek music / dancing, just to complete the experience, maybe on the Greek food night? The pool is deep (1.5m) so at 5'4" I could just tiptoe. There were plenty of sunbeds, and only once did we see two towels and two books put out before 9am to 'reserve' two loungers under a parasol whose owners didn't appear for the rest of the day meaning nobody could use them. Being adults only most were swimming / floating or stood by the side. Only once was there some shouting over a ball game that did change the pool atmosphere, but that stopped the next day so I wonder whether something was said. Our only negative was a T-shirt and a pair of Adidas sliders that went missing from the poolside - checked every day for a week but told they were unlikely to turn up which my daughter was upset about. The beach directly ahead was clear but rocky, 10 minutes to the left was a huge sandy beach, a little harbour just outside and to the left, and to the right a selection of beaches, mostly associated with other hotels, but sunbeds could be hired or you could sit on the sand. Also to this side was the watersports where we did Parasailing. The food, well we couldn't fault it, it was amazing. We had breakfast and dinner every night for 2

We have had the most amazing experience being here! From the moment we arrived the staff have been the best I have seen in any hotels we have stayed in round the world! The 3 lads who have worked the bar in the evenings we have made great friends with and I can not thank them for there hospitality enough! The food is amazing, plenty of choice! The room..we have a private pool double room which is lovely, I would of preferred a better view but it is what it is and we have sun in the afternoon so I'm going home Tuesday with a tan =) I can not fault anything with this hotel & I'm a assistant manager of a hotel myself so I look for things! Absolutely amazing!...we are here until Tuesday & we got engaged here today so will always have this place in my heart! I thank you all!

This holiday was exactly what we needed. We stayed in a swim up room with a private pool area which was quiet and relaxing. The hotel’s location was perfect being only a stone’s throw away from the beach and a variety of bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly attentive from front of house, to entertainers, to cleaning staff. We especially wanted to thank Stravos who was the wonderful in the main restaurant always greeting us with a smile and friendly anecdote. We used the gym regularly, and although some of the equipment was a little tired we didn’t require much more whilst on holiday. (Maybe some heavier weights) Overall, we would recommend if you wanted some relaxing time away.

I do not often write reviews but I felt I needed to . I found this hotel as a last minute deal for myself and my husband . We wanted a week of total relaxation which we got To all the reviewers who complain about this hotel I do no know what you are reviewing I am the most fussy person with high expectations and have stayed all over in 5 star hotels so was a bit concerned on reading some of these reviews before I went We were upgraded to a poolside room from a garden room and it was great . The room was lovely . We had a bottle of wine and fruit as the rep had mentioned it was our anniversary We chose half board so we could have drinks out of the hotel aswell as in and also ate out a couple of times for a change of scene The food was good better than the usual canteen style all inclusive The staff were great everyone of them always smiling and happy to help The area is not good re the beach and this was the only thing would stop me going back as I like a nice beach Don’t hesitate to book the hotel it is immaculate . If relaxing adults only is what you want this is what you will get . It definately is not party central !!! I am not sure the prices for the pool rooms would be worth it but I can’t really comment but they looked fantastic But for us we had a great week And from someone who is hard to please

We gaan zeker terug. Nogmaals dank aan gans het personeel. The experience started at the reception. Personally welcomed by very friendly staff who did everything for you. Afterwards we were taken to our rooms with suitcases and all by golf cart. At first we did not have the rooms we had booked because they had to be 2 rooms next to each other but the day after we were spoiled with 2 rooms with a spacious terrace 20 meters from the pool and a view of the sea. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained by the staff. Fresh towels every day and also bath towels for the chairs at the pool. At the pool there is of course the pool bar with Manos. Manos is someone who is passionate about his work. The precision with which he makes cocktails is unseen. He deals very well with the guests and even brings (if it is not too busy) the drinks to your seat. Every evening after his shift he goes to greet the people. Manos is of essential value for the pool bar. The restaurant is spacious and does not feel like a school canteen. There again nice and friendly staff who come to ask you what you want to drink with your meal and bring it to the table. The food is excellent and very extensive from starters to desserts. There is also a wide range of vegetarian dishes. The animation team is not pushy. During the day there are many activities around the pool and in the evening you can relax at the piano bar where ****** night is or

Amazing, friendly and yet quiet hotel. Saw 1 cat so nothing like other reviews. The food quality and diversity would meet anyone’s preferences. The pool was great and the seating really well spaced if you don’t mind walking a couple of steps to be in the pool! Lots to do if you want to. We’ve booked 2 massages at the spa Friday so hope these will be great too. Great hotel can’t fault it.

We had a lovely relaxing 1 week break at the Insula Alba. We always managed to get two sunbeds with a parasol by the pool , we used to get there around 9am. The beach bar staff are lovely and a special shout out for Manos - what a lovely guy, so friendly and hardworking, and he makes great cocktails. We had a duplex junior suite room , the spiral staircase to the bed and bathroom was a bit precarious , we are both quite fit 65 year olds , if you are not steady on your feet then I wouldn't go for this grade of room. The one disappointing thing was the food which we found very bland , we ate at the Epicurian for lunch most days which was better than the buffet at the restaurant we thought. The pool is fantastic, great if you like a swim or just chilling , beware though that the pool is one continuous depth and my wife who is 5' 2" couldn't really touch the bottom of the pool so spent a lot of time hanging onto me or the side of the pool. Nice mix of couples, a few unruly Brits getting hammered and being a nuisance in the pool but not enough to ruin the experience. Analipsi is very quiet and not a resort for younger groups as its nightlife is pretty low-key which we liked. Some of the local tavernas have unfortunately closed since we were last in Analipsi due to hotels being AI which is a real shame.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel we had a swim up room in block B which was kept spotlessly clean , drinks put in the fridge each day and full sun on comfy sun beds. We however preferred to go down to the main pool sun beds each day as had access to the bar there and a bit more to look at so next time we would probably just go for a room with a terrace instead . We never had a problem getting a sun bed with a sunshade down by the pool some days we were down there 1030-1100 and always managed to grab one.. The pool was lovely as was the pool bar and staff had some amazing cocktails , soft drinks , coffees and ice cream . There is a beach outside the hotel but you do have to cross a road to get to it and it’s rocky and stones . However if you walk 10-15mins in each direction you will find some lovely sandy beaches , we turned left out the hotel and walked to the end and the beach was sandy beautiful and almost empty beautiful warm sea and waves and a little lake with lots of turtles ! The beach in the right direction was also beautiful you just have to walk for a bit to find the right spot , there are some restaurants bars and shops on the way . You can also watch the most beautiful sunsets from the bar on top of the culinarium or just walk along the seafront we got some fabulous photos . The food at the hotel was very good and a lot of variety you would have to be very fussy to not find something to your tastes . Breakfast was the usual cooked foods, cereals, big selection of fresh fruit , yoghurts pastries fruit juice breads muffins etc all very tasty , at lunch there was a selection of cooked foods meat fish lots of vegetarian options a huge salad selection different cheeses cured meats olives breads or just go down to the culinarium near the pool and order off the menu , had a lovely chicken gyros, club sandwich and a chicken Caesar salad down there . The evening you book your preferred time in the restaurant on the TUI app and each night is a different food theme - again a lot of choice and a massive dessert selection which is so hard to resist not wanting to try them all as they were delicious ! The staff were all amazing very attentive as soon as they notice you finish a course they are ready to take your plate they are very quick to take drink orders just so professional and polite . The manager is always there to say hello and show you your table we could not fault a thing. If you get the chance book a night at the a la carte which is part of the all inclusive however be quick as it books up fast we enquired on our first day and it was fully booked up until our last night . We had 4 courses very nice god quality and delicious and something a bit different was also nice to dress up a bit too. We didn’t use the spa or the indoor pool so can’t comment on that but we did use the gym daily which although pretty small was clean and well maintained with different weights , machines and a treadmill and bike . The entire ho
