The hotel isn’t 4 stars for sure. There are two types of rooms: the old ones and renewed. The renewed ones are very nice but the old ones are tragedy. The food is monotonous, tastes almost the same. The worst thing is the cook which prepares pancakes who limits it, and the same happenes during meal before supper you cannot take More than two because they won’t give or they look at you as you were a beggar. The best are the ladies who clean the rooms and the receptionists. They are nice and helpful. Some of the waiters and bartenders are also friendly but not all. Some of them look as if they were working for punishment. Animators try to be nice and polite but it’s not truly honest. They divide guests into two categories the ones who are from Poland and the ones from France. During evening animations all the activities are mainly prepared in French and less then sometimes tranalated into Polish. There was an animator from Poland but she wasn’t let to organise anything for Polish people. The best thing in a hotel is a pool area. It would be even better if they bought new deckchairs. The same is with sport equipment there is a lack of table tennis paddles or just one goal for water Polo and football. All in all I enjoyed the stay because I love Greece, I was in Greece before and I know how hotels in the same category looks like and they are much better!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. It was our first holiday with our little 8 month old girl who was a massive hit with all of the staff, especially the restaurant staff! They would interact with her every time they seen her and even had cuddles with her which was brilliant. Big thank you to Muskan and the rest of the restaurant team. All of the staff were friendly and get to know you. The room..our room was one of the dated ones which was a bit of a surprise after seeing how nice the modern rooms were and that is what we were expecting. Not to worry, it served its purpose and we didn’t spend much time in it. Beds were comfortable and the air con helped. The cocktails were a shambles, all had Ouzo or Raki which was not to our taste at all. When paying for all inclusive, you expect more options with vodka being a massive miss. I overheard one of the animation team telling another guest that they don’t serve vodka on the all inclusive because of issues with people drinking too much around the pool during the day. The pool area was very nice and there was always plenty of space on the sunbeds. The food was okay with some nights being much better than others but you expect that with all inclusive. We were the only British in the hotel with it mainly being French or Polish. This didn’t affect us. Overall, it was a great holiday and we would recommend to others. Thank you for a great stay

Is very good hotel, very nice staff, attractions provided throughout the day, very nice animator Dudu, smiling, like each of them. They make a great duo. Despite the large number of people in the hotel, there is a very large selection at every meal and everything is constantly updated. Beach is 900 m. Is really very good.

The pool area of this hotel is the best feature.. very beautiful. Lots of pools to choose from and plenty of sun loungers. Pool area was more like what you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Plenty of activities provided by the animation team, who were very friendly. We were the only English in the resort so they were keen to practise their English. Lovely sunset views. Food was good.. a nice range although the flies were very bad as well as the stray cats. We were relocated here after our original hotel was not available. We arrived at 3am in the morning and shown to our room. As we had booked all inclusive, we expected there to be water in the room but there was not. The room was very small and very basic and had a double bed. I was travelling with my mother and wanted a twin bed and the room was also up a number of flights of stairs which wasn’t ideal as my mum has mobility issues. They moved us rooms the next day into the main building. This was better as it was larger but still very basic. The all inclusive drinks were disappointing- local spirits means just that - Raki, ouzo and vermouths. I would have expected locally branded vodka, gin, etc. These were available at an additional charge. White wine was ok. The hotel is not close to any other amenities eg beach, restaurants and bars. There is a shuttle bus to the beach but times are very limited.
