This hotel is the best we’ve ever stayed at. My husband and I have just spent 9 days there and had the most wonderful time. The hotel is extremely clean and has very pleasant amenities. It is in a beautiful location, has every facility you need but most importantly the staff were sooooo pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with smiling happy faces. From Nicholai the manager, Maria the receptionist and definitely not forgetting the marvellous bar staff George, Raphael and the lovely Angela. You all helped give us the best holiday ever. Thank you xx

Me and my partner stayed here, we had an amazing experience, the rooms are very clean, modern and spacious. The staff were absolutely amazing so welcoming, friendly and also always there to help, George who works at the bar became part of our family and so did the chef and receptionists and cleaners, the food was good quality and there was a lot of variety, we will definitely be returning, it was such an amazing place and experience Thankyou :)

The experience we are having at the hotel is not at all what we expected. I came here to relax and create good memories. I want to express my gratitude to some team members, including Maria, Rafael, and all the staff in the morning—you are doing a great job, and the food is delicious! However, there are issues with the management, particularly with Anastasia, which have made us feel uncomfortable. The use of irony in communication, as well as the presence of management dining in the restaurant alongside customers, has contributed to a feeling of pressure in the environment. They need to focus on their staff operations at hand. Additionally, the hotel is situated next to a motorway, resulting in constant noise. We also cannot forget about the dogs that can be heard at night. Overall, we do not feel that we are in a 4-star hotel.

One week Half-Board stay, food pleasant, drinks somewhat lacking (don't ask the bartender to show you his own creations). Old town is very close by and has a good selection of restaurants and basic amenities. Pool ice cold (maybe good or bad) Shower leaked all over floor but otherwise room great and cleaned daily to a high standard. Staff all charming and happy to help

Recently stayed there with my sister. Enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The manager Maria was very accomodating. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Old Hersonissos where there were same amazing tavernas. The dinner buffet was varied and tasty. We enjoyed the Greek dishes included in the menu.

We have just spent a wonderful week in this gem of a hotel. Such wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Thank you Maria, Loukas, Raphael and colleagues for making our stay so memorable. The rooms are decorated beautifully and extremely clean. The food was delicious and authentic. Fresh fruits and salads too daily. The local village is a very short walk away and again full of lovely welcoming people. We hired a car through the hotel and again had excellent service. The company are called Panavia Trust and picked us up and returned us to our hotel then came back and ran us to the airport! Fantastic service. Thank you again and we hope to return soon.

It was an amazing stay, the people made my week at the hotel one of the best moments of my long trip this summer. All the staff were very friendly, familiar and attentive to my needs.

This hotel is relatively new and the facilities are up to date, with good beds and modern bathrooms, good water pressure and warm water 24/7. Most of the rooms only have the one entrance, which means that you enter by the terrace where other people walk by, and have no privacy unless you keep the curtains drawn --＞ getting no light in the room. The front office manager is helpful, but the hotel is overbooked, people are shuffeled around between rooms during the stay, and there is no backup room in case of emergencies (in peak season). There is also a major lack of staff, to keep the hotel (july 2023). During our stay cleaning only happened when going to the reception and specifically asking for it. Another guest had no follow up, when broken glass was reported in a personal pool. The hotel IS NOT in walking distance to the beach. Most guests paid 10-12 Euro for a taxi to and from the beach, and no bus service towards Heraklion. Outside the peak season, the hotel will work well. Just make sure you book a room with a balcony (not terrace) or personal pool. That way you get a traditional hotel room with an enterance and a door to your balcony. The little village a few hundre meters from the hotel, is lovely with good restaurants and friendly shop ovners.
