Albatros Spa & Resort Hotel

This Hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff on reception are always available for help with anything and go above and beyond to facilitate your needs. The food is excellent, buffet style so you can eat as much or as little as you want and there is always a wide variety cooked to perfection by the excellent chef and his team. The waiters and waitresses are absolutely brilliant and always helpful also giving advice on quality wines, they again go out of their way to do what they can to make sure you are looked after. The hotel rooms are spotlessly cleaned every day unless you ask them not to. Everything about this Hotel is just excellent !! So warm and friendly the ambience around the place is just so relaxing. If you want a trip out, the hotel can arrange it for you, there is entertainment in the hotel every night you can take part or simply watch from your balcony. The location of the hotel is just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool is cleaned every night the pool bar and staff are excellent. All in all this hotel offers everything you want in a typical warm friendly greek atmosphere which I would recommend to anyone. Thank you to ALL the people at Albatros Spa and resort for giving us such a fantastic time, we will definitely return !!

Would highly recommend Albatross Spa, the food was awesome the staff helpful and attentive. Our room was small but clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. Room was cleaned every day. Location was great for buses and for the beach. Would highly recommend and we will return thank you Albatross Spa

I enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, food is great, everything worked, pool was great, staff was always helpful. The downside is that the beach which is in 5 minuts walkable distance was not the best one. We spent only one day from our 8 days at that beach. It was a lot of huge stons that you need to go through to be able to swim and it was very easy to damage feet. We asked the staff for the better beach and they gave us dirrection which was about 15-20 minuts away and it was much better. Also, every time we needed to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas which was not very comfortable. If not these facts that disappointed us, the location of the hotel is great which is close to everything that you need: tavernas, restaurants, food stores, tourist agencies, car rentals, souvenir shops.

Travelling as a family of 13. Upon arrival you have to check in on your phone which is not a problem but can take a while. We booked a standard double room…. No way was it a 5 star room, it was seriously outdated, the room was very small, the balcony couldn’t fit 2 people at the same time and there was no full length mirror. The shower/bath was so tiny that whilst washing my hair I was hitting the wall/taps. And to top it off on the first night, our ‘curtain’ would not fully cover the door as you can see on the attached pictures, so we were woken up very very early due to the sun coming through. The next morning we got told about the shutter on the balcony in order to make the room black out, would’ve been nice to let us know when we checked in. After this we asked to swap rooms which we got told would not be possible as they are completely fully booked and reception staff were quite rude about this. We then got offered another standard double room which we were not happy with as once again… definitely not a ‘5 star’ room. After a couple of days we then got offered a ‘cosy double/twin’ which has clearly been refurbed as it is a beautiful modern room with a walk in shower, air con above the bed and a much bigger balcony. After moving rooms our stay felt much better. The beds are very comfy however definitely ask for flatter pillows. The cleaners are fab and always had fresh towels everyday. We opted for breakfast and lunch, which are both average and the same everyday. Not many options for children. Bar staff are very friendly in the restaurant by the pool and the food is gorgeous if you don’t mind paying. There are also always sun beds throughout the day so no need to reserve early in the morning. Pool is very clean with music playing, it has a lovely atmosphere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. All of the staff are professional, polite and considerate. We had a superior room with pool view. Very clean and comfortable. Seaside cocktail bar food was very delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was ok but I am boring and like English bacon. Quiet enough and short walking distance to more main *****. I would definitely return and recommend it to all. Well done Albatross Spa hotel. I am nothing to complain about which is rare for me. 10 out of 10.

We had a really good time, loads of things to do and a lovely hotel. Staff were attentive without being overbearing. The food was lovely, plentiful and varied. There were always free sunbeds and room in the pools and the cocktail bar had a good range of drinks and food (the gyros were excellent!)
