Galaxy Villas

Great place, fantastic village, amazing weather. Ignore the fusspot who want perfection for £3.50. Staff are amazing, rooms are spacious. Yes there are dome improvements that could be made but none that should ruin your hiday unless you're a miserable git from up North. Beaches are great but choose those to the east where they're sandy. We went sfkf catering and ate and drank like royalty with what was on our doorstep. Great time of year to choose. Wouldn't have cone any later with the term dodgers rocking up late September with their kids. Locals are so friendly. Prices are UK equivalent so dont expect super cheap. Village a d restaurants are fantastic. You're on holiday. Enjoy. Leave the bitching and talking about why you can't buy a sausage roll till you get back to Manchester. Thankyou Galaxy. We love you

Fantastic hotel tucked away in beautiful Koutouloufari. So welcoming and would recommend the breakfast as a great start to the day. Comfortable Villa , nothing fancy but immaculately clean and tidied each day. Didn’t really use the pool as we beached each day. Fantastic recommendation from Antonio of the Gorgono tavern beach which was superb. We like walking and it was about 3km but I’m sure taxis are readily available. Also went to Dio beach which was great. The Galaxy Villas are right in the village which has an abundant supply of restaurants. We ate in a different place every night and barely scratched the surface. Really lovely to come back from the beach each day and have a seriously cold beer from the Pool bar. Thankyou Galaxy Villas. Galaxy Villas Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Antonio on reception who helped us throughout our stay. Our rooms were very spacious and we were in a beautiful garden setting with a sea view. Had no complaints about any of the staff. Extremely hot water on tap at all times. If we had a complaint it was against Easy Jet whose description of the property made no reference to the amount of dangerous steps there were to negotiate throughout the property both outside and inside our villa. Being in our late seventies and eighties this was quite a problem for us and our friends. Also at the end of our stay we had a huge influx of American college students (around 80) we were told, who whilst polite and friendly were extremely loud and took over the pool and bar every day/evening keeping our friends awake with their loud noise into the early morning. Koutouloufari is a delightful village with a supermarket and excellent bakery right opposite the complex and also a great range of Tavernas which were also very good. Very friendly people all around. The beach is a very long walk downhill into Heronnisos took us 40 minutes, and we had to hire a taxi / car to get to any decent quiet beaches as Heronnisos is very over crowded and commercial. All in all I would recommend the Villas for younger people but if you have any mobility problems then I would suggest reluctantly that this is not the place for you and I wish we had looked at the trip advisor reviews BEFORE booking it. Our mistake but Easy Jet should make this clear in their description of the property.
