You get what you pay for.average all round.our room was really bad on check in.the bathroom floor kept flooding when the tap was run or flushed loo.took 2 days to change room but was better.staff are nice,pool area a bit grubby,never cleaned I 12 days we were there.nice location,beach across the road with lots of bars.food also average but we not fussy.no spirits on All Inclusive which I have never come across.

I stayed here 2 weeks ago and the first couple of nights were good! The bar staff very friendly, I accidentally fell asleep on a chocolate bar and it melted on the bed, the manager screamed at me infront of all the staff and other customers and kicked me out the hotel! I Had to sleep rough for 2 days as I run out of money until the plane came! Absolutely terrible I have all bed bugs on me and bites from things sleeping on the beach for 2 days! Worst experience ever! I can’t believe they actually kicked me out onto the streets even though I paid for the whole holiday upfront! The pub opposite on the left was really really nice! Gave me some free drinks let me charge my phone! I’m so greatful to them!

This is the 1st time i have ever felt the need to give a review,food was average, hotel was clean but my main concern is we paid all inc, and there was no vodka no gin no rum and no whiskey, every all inc i have been on there has always been spirits even if they were there own brand,never again at this hotel for me , if i had read a report like this one we would have booked somewhere else.

Just brilliant. Really enjoyed my time there. Georgia on the front desk was fab. Landi and Sokol were super. Food good... Pool bar great. People holidaying there v friendly. Just loved the time I spent there, and will definitely go again.

We had a reservation and it exceptional with good services and friendly staff. Housekeeping kept my room perfect, allowing me to relax fully. Breakfast was a treat, the variety and quality were noteworthy. The room itself was not only comfortable but also thoughtfully designed. I'll be back for more days soon.

Mixed feelings. On arrival of my first night was put in their other hotel across the road horrendous .room small window didn't open it was backed on to a night club blaring till 6 am. Then was put in this hotel .food okay needs to be improved especially breakfast .bed comfy nice hosts but closing bar at tpm then telling everyone Ur looking doors not good. But bar next door gives good discount .comfy bed and spacious room
