This place is truly wonderful. Manos greets everyone personally. He escorts you to your room, irrespective of the day or time of night. What a gentleman. Our room? Self catering? Give me a toaster and I’ll love you. Absolutely wonderful. Clean, fresh. Our young cleaning lady was incredibly nice. Costa! Top bloke

Located in old town Malia, although quiet area is great for families, couples and singles. The staff are very friendly, made us feel very welcome. Super markets close by also a 5 minutes walk from Happy Days apartments. I would highly recommend and I will definitely book again. Keep up the good work to all staff at Real Palace.

My time at Real palace was great Clean room and unbelievable view from my balcony There is also a free parking and great staff all of them were really helpful The food was really nice as well and cheap as well

Real palace is definitely a five stars hotel Our holidays was great The staff members were excellent The owner was really helpful and the location is great near old town and potamos beach as well

Overall the hotel and staff are nice! Food vile Cats all over kitchen side, Cats wrapped around your feet whilst trying to eat, biting and scratching them selfs at your feet doesn’t isn’t nice! The prices are a bit steep to not be able to eat due to cats. Each cat is pregnant so u can only imagine what it’s going to be like in a few weeks when the kittens have been born and roaming around. Not happy with the holiday, been coming here for the last 4 years. And my god it’s gone down hill. I will never bring any friends or family here again,

Breakfast disgusting also leftover food used from self catering apartments . Had to ask for bedding to be changed this was day 9 never got changed again. Room not cleaned the whole 2 weeks. Towels changed twice in 2 weeks. People smoking anywhere in dining room also cats on the dining table. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone , worst we have ever stayed in !

Excellent Hotel, nice clean rooms. Very friendly family staff and excellent meals. Drinks at affordable prices. Flatscreen tv in room (possible to use google chromecast) very good wifi. Swimmingpool very well maintained. Hire a car to explore the surroundings.

Just back from a glorious week at the Real Palace Apartments Malia Where do l start.....what a fantastic place the staff. The owner Manas can't do enough for you. The food is fantastic and such massive portions The Apartments are light and spacious with a large balcony. Cannot find one fault. I never go back to the same hotel twice but we have already booked up for next year. Says it all
